Fist off i dont usially review anything but i feel so atrongly about this. I have always loved this chinese but a couple of months ago we got our usual and my wife had a hair in her meal. We let this go as everyone makes mistakes. We then got the same again the following week only to find a hair in mine this time. On both occasions we instantly binned our food and decided never to use them again.... and tonight we thought we would give them a uva try only to find a hair in mine and 2 parts of a brillo pad in my wifes. I took it back to show them and the offered to replace but not refund and replace which I was insisting on. After the young lass clearly telling me I wasn't getting a replacement I took my money and left. I advise anyone reading this not to use them especially if u have fillings as they played havoc with my wife's teeth. Thanks for reading ..... and please don't go there. Save...
Read moreStopped in Deep In Dough for an early lunch with my partner and baby and we were immediately greeted by the owner with a big smile and a warm welcome. we ordered coffees and a toasted sandwich each. I had a chicken sandwich and hers vegetarian, of which there was plenty of options instead of just "the vegetarian option", this all arrived promptly and were both in fresh fluffy bread, well balanced and well seasoned. upon leaving again we were wished a good day by the same gentleman who made an effort with our little one it was great food and a lovely place to be. I think if they continue as they are it will be hard to get a seat in there....
Read moreAfter being intrigued by the prospect of fresh focaccia sandwiches in my local area, I unfortunately have to leave a poor review. I ordered the Chicken Khoresht sandwich (toasted), with lettuce, cucumber, onions and tomatoes and a packet of crisps. The sandwich is small, but I can accept that if the quality is good. However, it arrived without any salad and the bread was a floppy, soggy mess - definitely not worth the price. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this was unfortunately the worst focaccia sandwich I've eaten. And the crisps had a Best Before End...
