Disappointed with my recent experience at Domino’s Crossgates. My order arrived cold and wasn’t delivered in the usual hot Velcro box. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Brian, to raise my concerns about the food quality.
Instead of offering helpful customer service, he was unresponsive, dismissive, and borderline rude. When I asked what could be done, he didn’t even offer to remake the order until I questioned it. He also became defensive and accused me of “talking to him like a child” when I was simply expressing my concerns. His attitude was incredibly lazy and unprofessional throughout the call.
I also requested that the pizza be collected and a refund issued — neither has happened. To make matters worse, Brian ended the call by saying he would “probably not” pass my details to the area manager, and then hung up on me.
