El Greco Leeds — Restaurant in Leeds

went here with my friend and straight away one of the staff was giving me dirty looks, only wanted to sit down and have a beer, she was very rude staring at us before we even came into the restaurant, we ordered beers went to sit down outside i asked for a chair and she declined saying it’s only for food orders and i was looking at the menu and she says no sorry not for wraps, then i was sitting on the outside bit when she asked me to leave the area even tho i’m a customer and just bought some drinks, then when i went to go back inside she insisted on coming out to me so i dident enter the restaurant again, she seemed off with me for no reason and i assume it’s racism becuase i was respectful and did not cause any issues, i do not recommend this place staff have VERY poor training and don’t treat customers equally. will not be coming back here again. i don’t advise this resturant for anyone unless your a middle aged or or elderly white person. extremely offended by the service here. do not dine here unless your white, instantly was getting dirty looks from one of the staff for abseloutey no reason then got asked to leave the outside seating area even though nobody was there again. for...

I had the Chicken Slouvaki and it wasn't great. The chicken was very bland and the chips were greasey. Being Greek I've had my fair share of Greek food and this really wasn't good at all. I'm assuming the great reviews are based on the Gyros they do which I haven't tried but based on my experience will not be returning.

In response to your reply. Let's get the facts correct. Firstly, myself and partner ate the food because we were hungry. My daughters left theirs but they are young so that's expected. I also stated the food was bland, not inedible. Secondly, may I advise you that commenting on my 2 year old daughter walking about in the restaurant is highly unprofessional and just bad taste. I always tip if either the food or service are good to which I found both to be unsunsatisfactory. I recently had the pleasure of dining at a wonderful restaurant called "El Greco" and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere.
