A regular customer for years in Morley branch, but sadly not now. Two seperate lines in order to get served. Confusion as to who is in the correct line. When I asked the manager why it is so disorganized she was laughing. In the end she says " Thats the way it is int it". Apparently having a low viice non aggressive chat with her is ABUSE. Read moreI use the Greggs rewards app whenever I go to a Greggs and save up my points. I had a free breakfast on when I visited this shop and so i turned it on at the checkout. My mum also got a large latte that would have been £3.85. When the total came out, I was raving as he had charged us for a breakfast meal deal AND he had taken off my free breakfast. I’m still mad about this as free should be free, especially when you are a good customer. I hope I don’t have this issue again but...

I went in at 4.10pm, picked up a bottle of water, and asked for three black coffees. I was told, very abruptly, that the coffee machine was cleaning, so I couldn't have any coffee. Whilst I was paying contactlessly, the assistant turned her back, continued with whatever it was she had been doing before I arrived, and muttered thank you with all the genuine enthusiasm of a turkey being made to vote for Christmas. All in all, I won't be going back there again...
