Italiamo pizzeria — Restaurant in Leeds

Tried order from website, error page came up and no confirmation email received, I rang the shop straight away and they said order hadn't gone through and payment wouldn't be taken, so I ordered to pay cash on delivery. Checked my online banking and it showed the transaction so I showed the delivery driver when he arrived, he said he would still need to take cash and the payment would be refunded back into my bank. This never happened so I went to the shop a week later to try and resolve the issue, I showed the shop manager the order email stating paying cash on delivery as well as the transaction on my banking app. They said the transaction wasn't to them and the delivery driver denied all knowledge. Not impressed at all, 2 pizzas and a burger has ended up costing me £53 and the food wasn't even that good. Will not be...

Ordered a 12" Gluten Free Funghi pizza with extra toppings, a 9" (says kids meal but it's the size of a dinner plate) ham & pineapple pizza and large chips. My partner loved her ham and pineapple pizza, my gluten free was the best GF takeaway pizza I've had (pizza hut and dominoes GF pizzas are awful), and the boys loved the paprika seasoned chips. Service was excellent, friendly and quick...the guys even threw in 2 cans of San peregrino fizzy. Got the lot for £18, an easy 5 star...
