Yorkshire Crust — Restaurant in Leeds

We came to Yorkshire Crust today for lunch. Received a nice friendly welcome upon entering. Chose 2 Lattes made with propper coffee barista style. I chose the Full English and she who must be obeyed had the Eggs Florentine. It was the best full breakfast I've eaten, home made hash brown was crispy and light, locally sourced sausage and beautiful tender bacon. She loved her eggs, 2 perfectly poached eggs on toasted muffin with an amazing holendaise sauce with spinach and watercress. I can't fault anything and I'm looking forward to returning again. 21st July 2022 Visited the Yorkshire crust Cafe arriving at 2.40pm. Stepping on to the busyish verandah to be told Closing at 3pm? Odd since they are open till 3 but we can have takeaway. The whole experience was bad from the minute we stepped in & we felt out of place & uncomforatble. The take away coffees arrived slammed down on the table. The food took 45mins to arrive, I ordered a teacake & butter, my friend a pannini. There were about another 5 tables occupied so not mega busy. I understand that sometimes you have to wait for food but another 3 people came in about 20mins after us & got served 20mins before us with almost the same food we'd ordered. It was obvious that one of them knew the staff & so they jumped the queue. After waiting 30mins I asked politely if our order had been missed the Saturday girl had attitude .
