Juici Sushi — Restaurant in Leeds

i ordered at 9:05pm and was still waiting for my order at 10:05pm. i ordered prawn crackers, sesame toast and king prawn dragon rice pot medium. i waited for around 40 minutes till i called to see where my food was, i was told that its on the way. i said okay thats fine and gave it another 15 mins till i called again. I was told that its on its way now and that they apologise as there is only one driver and they are were very busy. when i got the food on the receipt that it came with it says the order way completed at 9:52. not only did they lie about it being on its way when i first called, i didn’t appreciate how it took so long to make a small order of food. i understand that there is one driver however i live close by and I’m sure it doesn’t take an hour to make some rice and some sides. clearly the management in that place needs work. The food itself was nice and i would purchase again purely for the food but maybe not get it delivered again. saying that even though it was tasty i had really bad stomach ache afterwards....

This is an honest review. After reading the good reviews and ratings I decided to order . I ordered from deliveroo around 8ish after work . So hungry . Ordered the prawns/ chicken broth with noodles . Then large tempura prawns with egg fried rice and the salt and pepper chicken with wedges . Very disappointed . Absolutely not nice . It was OVERCOOKED so badly . The broth was tasty just on its own other than that but prawn and chicken tastes completely OFF and Smelly - not a good sign ! The batter on the prawn tempura was OVERCOOKED and hard . The sad part was the bowl it was packed in had broke from the bottom so it was leaking, so had to put in another bowl . The rice was just not cooked properly again, hardly any egg and that was overcooked , you can see the below. The Noodles completely BLAND. Really annoyed as I spent £36… but this is an honest review and will be good for feedback . Really didn’t enjoy it .. apologies .. there was just bits of pepper, and onion...

I went here at lunch hour and it was heaving, deapite that i was ready to made make my order within a couple of minutes. The women at the till immediately warned of the 15 min wait before i ordered, which i told her was fine. I ordered and paid and around 9 mins later she bought my food out to me and thanked me for my patience which was unnecessary since she already warned me but appreciated all the same.

The food was fresh, tasted excellent, the chicken was moist, veg still a little crispy, portion size was more than adequate, and the food was fairly priced.

Absolutely zero complaints, would happily recommend.

Also the food is halal for my fellow muslims out there
