Went to drive thru and began to place order. The girl taking the order sounded like she was having a go at me and rushing me. Half way through whilst taking my order she says "ok go to next window " i said i havent finished placing my order?.. so she quickly finished taking my order. At that point i didnt think much of it. Then got to the window to pay. Gave our food and i asked for mayo, she said 'dont have any' and shut the window really quick... So i didn't move either.. any other place usually apologise and offer something different. So she realised i'm still there and the opened the window. I said do you have ketchup then? She said yes and gave us some and closed the window quick lol no thank you, goodbye etc basic custermer service includes politeness and basic manners. She can keep her mayo Won't be coming here again :) mackys...

The hygiene is discussing non of the employees had hair or beard nets this is why there was a hair in the salad the cooks burnt the chicken that I ordered and all of the employees denied it was burnt. i ordered a garlic sauce and the employee could not find it so they just did not add it in. I also ordered a LARGE kids which was £4.38 and claimed that I ordered a small (£3.99) when I brought them the receipt for proof they just dismissed me. Read moreEvery time you order kfc overall will usually leave one item out. Hence I check everything before leaving. I had 2 items missing in this instance, asked the server who rudely told me it wasn't part of the order. Requested her to check again and she grabbed them and threw them in the bag without another word but plenty of dirty looks. She then proceeded to go in to the back and another lady was resumed service. The new lady was absolutely lovely, exemplary service and even apologised for her colleague even though it wasn't her fault. There was no need for the bad attitude in the first place. Just accept you made the mistake, replace nicely...
