McDonald's — Restaurant in Leeds

I am a disabled wheelchair user, I also have high functioning autism... 2012 at around 3am I had just finished my shopping in the 24 hour Asda on my road legal mobility scooter with road tax, my carer was on a push bike so we thought we'd grab something to eat before heading home.... McDonald's drive through was open, so I thought I'd drive to the window to order some food, There was a police car infront of me in the line so I waited behind them, the police got to the window & ordered their food, The member of McDonald's staff at the window spoke with the police & they approached me & my carer to tell us staff wouldn't serve us with me in the drive through on a mobility scooter, fully insured with paperwork & road tax on display. I attempted to politely explain to the police that I was doing nothing wrong or illegal & it must be a misunderstanding, they got rather aggressive at this point ordering us to leave the premises..... We left & never used McDonald's since, Bloody disgrace, Disabled discrimination witnessed by my carer & friends who work in that Asda, not only did they deny a wheelchair/mobility scooter user service for coming on my mobility equipment, they deeply affected my abilities to deal with people I don't know as an...

if i could give it a 0 i would, but i can’t do that. so i give it a 1. i was expecting a lovely double quarter pounder meal. i open my mcdonald’s bag to find a diet coke when i asked for full fat. do you think if i’m ordering a maccies i want a diet coke? no. i want full fat. but i accepted it. UNTIL. i open my burger and i go to take a big bite and am taken back to find a piece of paper on my burger. i am upset, no, appalled by this. it’s not acceptable and not only have you ruined my meal but it’s probably a very serious hazard. shame on you mcdonald’s. shame. on. you.

EDIT: i am disgusted. i took a bite after peeling back the paper because in this economy we cannot afford to waste money on food i’m not going to eat. and what do i find myself chewing on? ONION. i asked for no onion and extra pickles. i got onion and 2 pickles. not only have you left paper on my burger, you have given me onions and little to no pickles.

EDIT 2: 12/7/24 it’s been a few months since this incident, but it won’t let me leave another review. once again i am complaining. i didn’t get no pickles on my burger. not one pickle touched my tastebuds. i didn’t get to taste the sweet nectar of the pickles. upset is an...

it's without a doubt the slowest serving McDonald's I've ever been to. you will have a wait no matter what you order. waited 15 minutes for a meal once and there was only 2 orders to deal with.

So I gave this place another chance and it's got worse. Served cold food and old drinks. I even heard one member of staff tell the other that the drinks on the left were old... It didn't occur to them to throw them away! Instead the member of staff who was told didn't know his left from his right. Planning on seeing the manager next time I pass and get a refund for my cold meal & old drink.

I was hoping that it would be 3rd time lucky but no, I went to the drive thru and order a single meal, with no customization. I got to the collection window and was passed my drink, then the wait began. After a few minutes they said they were waiting on the burger, after a few more minutes they asked me to park further down which I did. After another 15 minutes I had to reverse back to the window to find they had forgotten my order, I asked to speak to the manager but they were conveniently unavailable.

Made the grave error of going here again... missed half my order and had to...
