Ordered a takeaway for my son, totally wrong order, rang back the call handler tried saying it's what I ordered said they'll send out in 20 mins and hour later I have to call back for call handler to lie and say she tried ringing me back total lies. And then said I hadn't been charged when actually looking at the menu I'd been charged more for the order that came not what I wanted. 20 years of custom they've had out of me and family members but won't anymore. Shame really. For £21 for 6 strands of kebab meat (cold) 2 pittas ( I didn't ask for) is disgusting only thing they got right was the cans of pop. Absolutely shocking!!! Ordered calzone.. cut into it and it completely deflated, and then the filling? I've left more food on my plate previously to what I've recieved inside this. My sons hot dog and chips.. ohh dear correct me if I'm wrong but if you order a hot dog you normally receive it in a bun. Nope tiny pencil like sausages and not stated onthe website. Called to complain and the girl on the other side was lovely and well mannered but the chef said he has 20+ years experience making pizza.. I didn't doubt that I stated I had seen better elsewhere and will not be returning. I wish I could post pictures....

Massive price rise. Pizzas have gone down hill. They never fill the boxes probably about 9 inch. A four cheese has so called mozzarella and a bit of cheddar that’s it, Donna meat is disgusting it’s left on the machine over night open to flys and what ever else fancies a bite… it’s sliced that thin it curls up and is cold within 2 minutes of getting it. Calzones deflate to reveal minimal filling inside. The pizza base is Rock hard and has black stuff from the oven that tastes foul. Won’t be wasting my money here again.
