I went to to the Owlcotes Mc donalds and waited 30 mins for my order! All the people who came before me were served. When my time finally came Deborah “Debbie” who served me. She’s a older aged woman, slim, blonde hair and wears glasses. She was very rude towards me. She threw my meal on the counter! and walked away. I felt humiliated. I called her back and requested for 5 BBQ sauces as i bought 4 burger meals. She refused and said i’m only allowed one! she threw that on the counter too i felt frustrated and very upset with her behaviour! To show further vengance (because i asked for sauces) she poured me half a cup of coke!! Although I bought a large meal! I felt she was being being rasict towards me as i was the only pakistani asian girl there present. The male manager over heard the way she treated me and told her to give me more sauces but she was very aggresive towards him too. The customers and manager also felt that was very rude and unpleasant of Deborah as they told me they felt she mistreated me too. I didnt come all the way from Bradford to be treated like this and leave Mc...
Read moreA little bit smaller than the usual McDs and located inside Pudsey Asda , therefore no doors required . Entrance into shop is straight off Asda shop floor . Usual decor but they do not serve the full menu. With a wheelchair the place feels small but I was able to get around to a table I could sit at. Rather than sitting by the counter and waiting a staff member asked me to choose a table and they would bring my meal to me. I was shown where the hot drink machine was and how to do it !! It was fairly late at night so the place wasn’t busy so it was a positive experience for me . However I do get the impression from when I have passed earlier in the day that it gets crowded a bit ! Access to the one toilet is not very good for a wheelchair and it’s the only loo for everyone so I usually go downstairs in Asda and use the disabled loo because it’s much easier . My food was hot so no complaints I will reshoot this place on...
Read moreI wasn't very impressed with this McDonald's today,I found it very hard to get in, as I'm on a Mobility scooter, and they have put these food order screen right in front of the doors, so I struggled it get in., I also couldn't reach the screens, to do my order, we had the food delivered to our table and I ask if she had any sugar, she told me to go around the corner and I'd see it on the side I then had to ask her to wipe my tablet as it was filthy. Then when my mum who's 85, ask for the sauce she had ordered with her meal, she was told the same as me look around the corner. I can appreciate it, if it had been busy, but it wasn't, and it would have been much easier for her to get it, then me turning my mobility scooter around to get it then turning it around again (where there is hardly any room) to get back to my seat. I must admit I haven't been to this McDonald's for a while, and I think it will be a while...
