Edit. It appears to be a misunderstanding, the owner swiftly replied and offered an apology with an explanation. It appeared tHat the staff was not intentionally being rude but rather perhaps a common mannerism which he use to conduct himself (as.i wasn't sure at the shop at the time). I'm happy with the outcome and am very glad that things at least can be clarified and that my original assumption were wrong.

This strictly pertains to my experience of ordering too good to go tonight, where one of your staff (tall lad, likely early 30s) verbally abused me and shouted at me for 5 minutes saying "we don't have nothing" in a very rude and aggressive manner. I do not think and really wish this isn't reflective of the usual customer service you give and I will need to have a word in time with your manager or boss. As this had been one of the most appalling experiences I had. I advise consider rectifying this for the sake of your own business. The moment I opened the box I was struck by an aura of sheer beauty, I couldn’t comprehend what was in front of me but I lifted my fork anyway, and the second it touched my lips I almost started levitating. Each and every bite got better than the last, anyone who hasn’t experienced this divine piece of nutrition has simply not lived. Their sauce combined with the succulent chicken and the perfectly crafted chips and pita bread genuinely made me feel inferior. Whoever the chef is, needs to be honoured a noble piece prize instantly without hesitation. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I would choose this as my first and last meal of the day. It’s funny how this restaurant suddenly became our worst, a shame they are losing a long time customer. I ordered from this place through Ubereats for more than 50 times in the past.. I ordered today and the halloumi was super thin that you can see through it, the fries in the box were so oily that they tasted so bad.. I think these people now think that it is okay to take someone’s hard earned money and not deliver the same quality.. I am a regular since the veggie wrap was £6.9 so long time ago!
