The food was decent when it finally arrived but it took far too long to come we explained we are staying in a hotel yet they sent no cutlery. The deliver driver was extremely rude. We were in the marriott and he called and told us to walk to hedgerow to get the food. We explained we dont know where that is as we are from birmingham. He then called back and told us to walk to nandos. We refused when he got to marriott he parked quite abit away from the doors and made us walk to his car. He gace us attitude asking us "what" and held out his hand for money without saying the price. He charged us full price for an extremely late delivery. We called the shop to report him landline and mobile they didbt answer or return...

Absolutely terrible, the rice was bland, but even worse most of the chicken was very undercooked and some was completely raw! I rang to ask for a refund and they were extremely reluctant. When they finally agreed to refund us, when it came to it we were told we would only receive a refund for anything that had not been touched. Not sure how that's possible as you're not going to know it's raw until you've started eating it... Would advise anyone to...

Worst takeaway I have ever had. Absolutely wet through chips that had been sat in the box ages. 'beef' with the texture of jelly .. so you can guess what animal that might have actually come from and it certainly isn't a cow. They forgot half of our order and had to bring them later.
