Not the best Nandos I've been to in terms of customer service ;/ Nobody around to seat us so went to the bar to ask if we could just sit down. The lady in burgundy said to sit down and that she was going to give me some menus She didn't even glance at me whilst speaking. Then I wondered back to the entrance (with no menus) and we were seated a few mins later. My friend ordered and then me. Waited around 25 mins before asking where the food was. Mine came 1 minute later but my friend waited a further 5 mins. When her food eventually arrived it was the wrong order :/ sent it back and waitress came back 5 mins later. However, this time it was stone cold :,( my friend didn't want to complain again so just ate her cold lunch. Spoke to the waitress afterwards and she said "it should have been warm" and walked away. Won't be going back to this nandos. Staff need more training as some nandos have excellent customers service this is defo not one of them. My food was okay but I didn't get any butter...
Read moreCurrently sat here in "Nondos". Came in at 7ish told would be a 20-25min wait with 2 tables ahead of us. Yet 5 tables free in the restaurant. Seated at about 7.30pm. Went to order with 1 person ahead of me. 4 available tills, 1 open to take orders and plenty of people generally doing nothing. 15 minutes later my order is taken. Looking at the food counter/hot plate...it's full. Took 15 mins for one of the meals on there to be picked up and served to a customer. Food arrived 25mins after ordering. Was warm rather than hot. As a Nandos lover, I've never had a complaint...sometimes you queue...but at least they give you a seat first. No sign of a Manager...there was what I think was a supervisor (19yr old on a power trip) who did sod all when it was busy but was life and soul when it quietened down. Nandos this one is a Nondos. Read moreCalled earlier in the day to check what last food order time was, was told it was at 8pm, arrived at 7:35pm, when we arrived we got ignored by 2 serving staff for nearly 10mi so had to queue up at the takeaway area to speak to the manager, who said they had decided to stop serving seating customers as they had sent 2 members of staff home, however he did say we could still order a take away, so clearly they were able to cook, i explained we had called earlier, which made no difference, i told him we had driven 10miles, which i why i called first to check, i got the impression that they just wanted to leave as early as possible with it being New Year’s Eve, In the end we went over road to Wagamama, which was really busy, no doubt getting all the unwanted...
