We were a party of 6 and came to watch the Liverpool v Man City match today. We booked a table and thought we’d be set up for the match. We were wrong. It was not a pleasant experience.

We ordered a round of drinks at the bar and then proceeded to our table. From the start, we had ppl standing right in front of us blocking the screen multiple times, which was very annoying and had to ask them to move all the way through the match. Do not sit at table 18 if bothered about a match!

We then proceeded to order food and a second round of drinks through the app. Food arrived within 30 mins, not the quickest, but appreciate they were busy. Drinks however - nowhere to be seen. We collared a server after 45 mins who advised us they were being poured - without checking what we ordered or the table we were sat at. Fast forward another 15 mins - 1 hour after ordering - and we had to collar another server. We showed her our order on the app and she said nothing was on the board behind the bar but she’d sort it out. So the drinks were not being poured as the previous colleague had advised. Drinks finally arrived. In the meantime I ordered 2 drinks and they arrived before these ones!

We would have complained formally but you couldn’t get to the bar area or grab a colleague as they were so busy. Really poor service and unfortunately, definitely...

Visited yesterday for drinks only, 2 cocktails for £8 looked tempting so ordered 2 "Mojitos". Staff member presented 2 drinks that tasted disgusting. This is how the company makes a "mojito" 1 shot of rum in a huge collins glass, 2 icecubes, 2 slices of lime, almost 3/4 pint of soda water, and mint cordial..... It just tasted like watery mouthwash without any alcohol. This isn't the staffs fault as they are making the drinks to company spec. When questioned on the contents of this drink the staff advised "were not a cocktail bar". Well thats glaringly apparent isn't it? This is fair enough but don't offer cocktails on the menu then. Refused to drink these rank mouthwash drinks and was kindly offered a pint instead, i opted for Peroni, usually a nice drink but i was served a pint of vinegar in a peroni glass. I dared the staff to try the Peroni as it was awful, they declined of course. Come on guys youve been closed a year and just reopened, you havent had time to clean the lines??? Wont ever visit this place again, was good when it was the...

Came in last year for rugby and spent over a grand, excellent. Today, left a lot to be desired. 5 of us all RL fans watching England v Samoa game when a member of staff accused us of drugs!!! Apparently someone in the upper area saw us??? I've spent over 20 years running pubs, my job was clean them so they could be sold. I was also out with my partner, daughter, her partner and another friend. I told them to check camera above us. He did and apologised. A glass was also dropped on my daughters foot and smashed. She is disabled and has problems with her feet anyways so she is really hurt. My son in law had ADHD so was messing about with a £5 note nothing else!! This is discrimination because ADHD is a protected charactetistic. My daughter was at the bar and saw a member of staff having a go at the manager for not kicking us out. I hate headingley so would rather watch a game in a pub with friends. We did the same last year and between us spent close to £1000 . Now in Griffin. 3 screens...

One of the best places in Leeds for a relaxing pint and delicious food. The lunch menu is great value, there are plenty of choices and the servings are very reasonable. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Paul made sure that myself and my friend were comfortable, especially with my friend's allergies. They have a wide range of drinks, between shots, cocktails and draft beers. The atmosphere is relaxed and also lively. I found this very refreshing as an autistic person who enjoys a nice bar without feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated. Sports are available on large screens for those who enjoy it. We visited here at least four times, can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic building and in a great location I remember being ere back in the 90s off my trolley but what a fantastic building and it’s great to see it looked after and made into a food place aswell the prices for central Leeds are reasonable the food menu looks amazing the staff seems to be all male but there freindly and service was prompt and friendly. The place looks very clean and the decor is just right plus the train station in a stones throw . If your coming off the train I’d give it call in it does have a loverly smell of food has I entered plus you can order at the bar or on the app check out the ceiling it’s a masterpiece

The staff are super friendly and the place and seats are clean. The drinks were good, but I suggest the food menu may better be reviewed. I think it may be too many choices of food on the weekday menu. As I looked around ,on weekday not many people order food and so it may not keep well. We have ordered the steak and it was not good. Comparatively pizza and the fries are more recommended. I am not sure whether my comment is suitable for other times because we had it on the peaceful day, no match on any sports and nothing special, just a normal weekday.
