Read moreHad no problems with Pizza Place previously, but when they arrived with our order one of the items was missing. This was fine, sometimes things like this can happen. However, when they eventually turned up with the missing pizza over 45 minutes later than the given delivery time, it wasn't even a fresh one - obviously it had just been sitting on the side and had gone cold and stale. This is totally unacceptable. To add to the insult, when they delivered the missing pizza they handed over a single can of Pepsi as if that would be enough to cover the inconvenience (which probably cost them no more than 50p) utterly disappointing and will not be ordering...

We decided to cancel our order 10 minutes after ordering , i know it can be a pain but we really just made a bad decisions on what food we wanted , it happens. And what does the lady say on the phone!
