Pizza Place — Restaurant in Leeds

We ordered via the app at the end of February and after numerous calls it arrived 2 hours later so, after a chat with the lady who answered the phone it was agreed on the next order we would receive a discount so we’ve ordered again tonight and received a phone call(my wife kindly reminded them of the discount when ordering)from the owner/manager only to be told that gesture was only valid for ten days🤔 and when I questioned why we weren’t informed at the time he said “that’s just how it is”.well no it’s not how it is at all and the way I was spoken to is absolutely disgusting so, if you order from here be prepared to wait in fact I’d order about 2/3 hours before you actually want any food.We’ll be taking our...

Had no problems with Pizza Place previously, but when they arrived with our order one of the items was missing. This was fine, sometimes things like this can happen. However, when they eventually turned up with the missing pizza over 45 minutes later than the given delivery time, it wasn't even a fresh one - obviously it had just been sitting on the side and had gone cold and stale. This is totally unacceptable. To add to the insult, when they delivered the missing pizza they handed over a single can of Pepsi as if that would be enough to cover the inconvenience (which probably cost them no more than 50p) utterly disappointing and will not be ordering...

Rudest staff you will ever come across.

We decided to cancel our order 10 minutes after ordering , i know it can be a pain but we really just made a bad decisions on what food we wanted , it happens. And what does the lady say on the phone!

Now how the hell is that a way to talk to customers? I'm going to make sure i get the word out about this place , because banning someone for canceling a order is like kicking someone out of your restaurant because they decided not to eat there.
