Popina's — Restaurant in Leeds

I hate doing negative reviews, as it's not a fair way to represent a business after one visit, however, having ordered through uber eats, I was missing my sausages off my extra large breakfast and the food was tepid from taking so long to be delivered( not entirely restaurants fault), I phoned to organise the sausage situation and was told I would need to reorder through uber eats, this is a ludacris fix to an issue, after suggesting they needed to send the food out correctly I was told they were incapable and I needed to get in touch with uber. Having got in touch with uber I was beyond disappointed to receive less then a third of the meal price refund for a cold part meal, frankly shocking service...

Just ordered a tuna salad sandwich for my sons lunch along with some other things. The main request with my order was that my sons food should come with salad and no tomatoes sadly this was not the case. His food arrived with salad and tomatoes, but it was the lack of tuna that has brought me to leave this review. This is not my first negative experience with Popinas over the years and this is just another glaring example of complacency within businesses across ls6. With 1000 hungover students on pill come downs banging down your door for beans on toast and cheesy chips every morning your business is guaranteed so why should you care. I came to Popina's hoping for a hearty brunch and a nice warm brew. I ordered a bacon sandwich with hash browns and a coffee. The sandwich was exactly as expected - nothing special. Very soft white bread, freezer hash browns and pretty nice bacon. Alright price but not amazing. The coffee however was very weak and really didn't give me any joy to drink.
