When ordering food and drinks, they were out of nearly everything on menu. After ordering the few choices left, ingredients were missing, no guacamole for tortilla chips, no gravy for tacos, no mango for tacos. The coleslaw was vinegary cabbage, and no napkins provided. The waitress had no clue on what was on the menu and what wasn’t. She said tacos didn’t come with ingredients and when questioning the chef, he apologised and offered refunds. The service was terrible and the waitress had no apologetic manner or remorse for making us serve our own food. Orders were missing ingredients and we then got our food, the waitress refused to admit her mistakes. For such an expensive place with a limited menu, it was terrible. The place was empty as well and we were a table of 8 on a Wednesday...

Booked before going to a gig at the area. Great drinks selection with a variety of beers & cocktails on offer. Unusual queue system with unnecessarily long wait times at the bar and as we were sat by the window it seemed exceptionally cold. Waited 40 minutes for food with only 2 tables ahead of us. The staff didn’t seem prepared for the rush and only one member of staff in the kitchen didn’t seem to be able to cope with the demand. Food was incredible when it arrived although could have done with better presentation. Management need to ensure event days are well staffed as they lost many potential customers due to queues and long wait times that the staff had to suffer...

Popped in for a drink and decided to grab some food as after seeing the menu we decided we were in the market for some snacky bits! We chose a delicious halloumi and potato dish, fries, crispy “monster munch” and the chilli lime nuts. All vegan/veggie friendly and SO delicious.

Great atmosphere, music and quick service with attentive, friendly staff. Chef Harry popped over to check food was all okay and was very knowledgeable and passionate about the ingredients and took the time to talk about the vegan dishes on offer. Super sweet and friendly.

We will 100% make this a stop whenever we are in town and look forward to trying more of the menu.
