Not a great branch. When asked if I had a Starbucks card I said no, to which the young man behind the counter replied âno stressâ. Why would there be stress? I then asked for some tap water which he happily provided but it was in a single-use plastic cup, complete with lid, which I found very wasteful. Caffè Nero (and also Costa I believe) have been serving tap water in glasses for years. The 1st drink I got had a lipstick stain on the cup and so did the replacement. (Unless it's from the machine?) Quite shocked at the appalling cleanliness!! I asked to speak to the manager who didn't appear! The panini I had tasted nice though & so did the drink but it's just difficult to stomach in the filth. Please sort out the lack of...
