Starbucks — Restaurant in Leeds

If i could give this a 0 star for service and atmosphere I would. I visited today with a service user. We ordered a caramel mochiata, toasted fruit bread, hot chocolate with oat milk and a chocolate muffin. My service user asked about vegan options and was told they can't tell us what is vegan but it does say on the description of the item (that's fine if you can see). Something told me to ask the lad behind the counter to read back out order. He'd only got down the hot chocolate and the muffin. I told him we had also asked for a toasted tea cake and a caramel mochiata. He did put these through but with no apology for missing this. As my service user had a disability we asked if he could bring the drinks and food over, which he did. However we had to remind him about the chocolate muffin. In honesty the lad was miserable and quite clearly didn't want to be there. I admit i may have been a bit abrupt but it was clear he wasn't paying attention to us or our order as he should have been. The rest of the cafes around the whiterose were absolutely packed at the time we visited so alarm bells should have rung when we walked in here to find only 2 other couples. Today I came first time to this coffee shop. First thing the lady who’s served me was very rude, i asked cappuccino large one with white chocolate syrup 1pump, shes been speaking with herself or something and she said white chocolate mocha, and I said no I won’t white chocolate mocha because you do 2pump syrup and you add cream on top I won’t that, she said that is syrup name(very rude-way) I didn’t know that, and why she needs to tell this if she understands that I want syrup?🤷‍♀️ Second one I asked to use my Starbucks app she told that I can’t use it. Pk thats fine. Ordered 2 large lattes and a muffin for £11 something paid by cash, got 2 medium coffees. When challenged this I was told I asked for medium coffees which is what I've been charged for. This was a lie but I didn't ask to be given a receipt (lesson learned). I suspect the two guys who came in after me snatched my large coffees and I got their order.
