Station Pizza — Restaurant in Leeds

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order from your establishment. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I feel compelled to bring the matter to your attention.

I ordered a 9-inch thin stuffed crust "Hot Pollo" pizza with extra tikka donner meat and cheese. Regrettably, the pizza I received was not up to the standard I have come to expect from your establishment. The crust was overly soggy, and it appeared undercooked. This significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of the meal.

I have been a loyal customer for some time now and have always enjoyed the quality of your food, which is why I was disheartened by this recent experience.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am reaching out in the hope that we can find a resolution to this matter. I spent a considerable amount on this order, and the quality did not align with the price paid.

I kindly request a refund or a replacement for the unsatisfactory pizza. I believe that addressing this issue promptly will not only rectify my individual experience but also contribute to the continued positive reputation of your restaurant. we wont be buying again you made me feel like it was my fault zero stars from us lost our custom the guy that dealt with us over the phone was rude and disrespectful how dare you?????? give this place a swerve guys they dont care...

Ordered an 11" Margherita pizza, a mixed donner kebab on naan and a portion of chicken nuggets last night and wasn't disappointed. The pizza looked like it had been made to take a photograph of it for the menu and was the nicest takeaway pizza I have had in a while. I am quite cross with myself for not taking a picture of it myself, oh well, I guess we will have to have another one soon.... The kebab was a decent size and packed to the gills and the chicken nuggets were exactly what you would expect. The only suggestion I would make, would be to supply the salad separately, as it doesn't do well with the heat from the hot food. It was obviously fresh when it was applied, but had not travelled well. Definitely recommend over some of the competitors...

Quality seems to have tanked massively in the last 6-12 months. The pizza often comes too greasy and under cooked if you get any toppings, the cheese will just slide off and you're left with soggy tomato soaked bread... and the service takes way too long. I live not even 5 minutes drive away yet on multiple occasions delivery takes an hour. And if you call enquiring they'll say 10 min but it'll be 20+ min. The prices keep going up too. Delivery used to be free but now it's minimum spend of £7 with £1 delivery so if I just want a basic cheese pizza and a drink I'm spending £10.10 not...
