I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced on the subway. Not only was the service itself problematic, but I also encountered very unprofessional behavior from staff.    Read moreThe manager at white rose today was an unpleasant person to say the least, I asked for a 6inch and he made me a footlong which I didnât realise until they tried to charge me for a footlong, then he had the cheek to tell me to remind him if it was a six inch when he saw me making the footlong sandwich. He argued with me in front of everyone of which I reminded him it was not my responsibility to tell him how to do his job.    Read moreWas sat in the seating area with my partner feeding our baby. A member of staff came over (lady wearing hijab) starting cleaning down the area using the same brush she used to sweep the floor with on the tables and chairs to get rid of packaging and food. Then has the nerve to come over and tell us to hurry up and feed out child faster! All whilst making it painfully obvious she was annoyed we didn't hurry after being spoken to like that.
