If you want a Sunday roast - don't book an evening slot. Chances are they won't have what you want.

Had been recommended this place by a friend, booked 6pm on Sunday. Planning ahead, we wanted a porchetta roast with cheesy leeks as we'd heard these were incredible. The server came with disappointing news that they had neither porchetta or cheesy leeks left. Then the four of us ordered, including 2 chicken roasts and 2 pork stuffing. The server returned to let us know that they only had 1 chicken and 1 pork stuffing left. So of our group, only one person could actually have what they'd intended on ordering. Then for dessert, there was a big chalk board advertising a basque cheesecake, I'd spotted that on my way in and planned on getting it to ease my heartache from the cheesy leeks. Well, you can probably guess the outcome of that.......

Absolutely wonderful pup/restaurant. I’m a IPA drinker with many choices on offer to suit everyone. The staff are all very friendly and great with any support required. It was Sunday and opted for the Chicken Sunday Roast, served with full size Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables 10 out of 10 taste and service. Heard great things about the Sunday roast so was excited to give it a try. Food arrived an hour after ordering which was disappointing, but was more surprised that the staff offered no explanation. Would not have been too disappointed if they would have explained they were busy or something along those lines but they just gave us our food as if it is normal to have customers wait an hour.
