Crown Buffet Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Leeds

I went here yesterday evening to celebrate my birthday with family. It was an overall pleasant experience. The food was mostly good apart from one or two main course dishes that were a bit of a let down. But I know not to choose these if I go again. The starters and side dishes were all very good though. The service was also mostly good apart from a couple of incorrect orders and order delays possibly because of the language barrier of a couple of the waiters. Plus there were 13 of us at one table and the place was busier than expected on a Tuesday which slowed the service down a little. But all in all I would most definitely visit this...

Excellent quality food and perfectly sized portions. The food was freshly prepared and delivered hot. The drinks were quickly delivered and exactly as ordered. A range of simple cakes, jellies and ice cream are available for buffet users.

The staff are very efficient and wonderfully polite. Always available, but never intrusive.

Very disappointed, i have visited this resturant on many occasions but sadly this will be my last. Seated promtly but very poor service for a half empty resturant. Ordered the buffet menu, When trying to order the staff were very rude and snappy. Made to feel uncomfortable, ignored when trying to order.
