Well, where do I begin?
The Shakespeare has become a go to for many years for myself and my very well behaved group of friends.
We’re greeted with cheers and elation as we step through them doors, we have our favourite ale and incredibly low prices being poured before we ask, the service is impeccable.
As we join the party by adding more classics to the jukebox playlist, we reconvene at the pool table where we play civilised games of pool at 50p a play.
A bit warm inside? Let me take you on a journey outside where’s there’s an array of outside seating with access to a TV so you never miss a moment.
Bit cold? Let’s head back inside to the lounge, an area designed for comfort and class, an area where you can sit in style and drink your favourite beers.

I once walked in and Kate Beckinsale was laying naked on the bar asking what I wanted, whilst in shock from that I heard the dulcet tones of Ed Sheeran from the pool table area, where I found him lecturing younger chaps on how to conduct themselves, whilst walking to the immaculately maintained men's toilets I bumped into some fellow Lincoln City fans, after a welcome from them I poured twenty jaegers down my neck, watched a load of lads sing lewis capaldi, topless, before sinking Carling dark fruits cider, spilling it all over my jacket and going home a happy man.

Read moreDecent little pub, great pool table too. Staff are great and friendly and during the current restrictions the table service is spot on too. Good prices for drinks which I wasn't expecting really I thought it would of been an expensive place to drink. Plenty tvs to watch sport and a good little outdoor area at the back which is a little sun trap, nice and peaceful place to sit with a paper and a decent pint to enjoy the sun.
