AMIGOS LIVERPOOL — Restaurant in Liverpool

Had chicken and chips delivered asked for salt and pepper flavouring no vegatables on three meals and all came with vegetables as one of my family members is allergic to onion. While two of us just wanted no veg, And Rang shop explained I ordered through food hub and specifically stated no vegetables and explained why. And the manager hung up the phone so I rang back and said I've just rang up being polite and had the phone put down on me. A man was abrupt and said another lot of food would be sent out within 15-20mins. Portions was alot smaller second time around and they put cinnamon seasoning on chips as I asked for salt and pepper seasoning on my chicken and chips order. Also order three chocolate milkshakes that was on pictured looking nice on the food hub app with the cream and the extra toppings and what we received was three small bottles of chocolate yazoo (it's false advertisement) reported it to food hub. Never using this takeaway again food was discusting.

Certainly don't recommend the chicken and chips. Binned it it was that bad and re-ordered food...

Just paid £22 for a meal Didn’t give boiled rice give some nasty rice went in the bin salt n pepper chicken wings was ok the charcoal Chicken kabob was terrible 5 small pieces chicken with big round wrap meant to be kabab not a wrap throw 10 chips on to fill it never again I mean it will I order from Amigos in L9 should of paid for a Ranchers fuming still hungry I mean it never again will I order from these the Delivery man was nice that’s about it never filled us up going to have to order later from somewhere else the charcoal Chicken cost £7.99 rip off never again will I order from these on the photo they show like 8 to 10 pieces of chicken I got 5 small pieces total rip off if I was Driving’s I would of taken it back to them and got a refund ripping people of charging £7.99 for 5 small pieces of Chicken...

I was a regular user but will never order again. They get the order wrong and can't be bothered sorting it out. If you complain they treat you with contempt, Ordered meal at 6.30 last night, turned up over an hour later with something missing.... when I phoned they act like they don't believe you, turned up again an hour later but with something else missing. Asked for my money back which they were NOT too happy about, had to shout down the phone to get them to listen to me. Horrible experience dealing with horrible people who couldn't care less about their customers.

Food hygiene rating is only 2 out of 5..... "Some major non-compliance with statutory obligations – more effort required to prevent fall in standards."

Too late mate, standards are way...
