1 hour I waited for 2 breakfast meals through the drive through, I asked the woman bringing orders out to the cars where ours was as other cars were coming and going after us with their food and got shrugged off and told she just brings them out. Got fed up of waiting so I went in where I was left waiting again for 10 minutes and then the manager said our order was lost he would make them for us. Then he comes back and says there are now no hash browns (I had ordered 4) so I said just leave it Iāve wasted a chunk of my day off waiting and I have somewhere to be. He says he will give me what he has of the breakfast and refund. (Itās not about the money itās about my wasted time) then I get to the car bite in to my egg and cheese mcmuffin(missing the extra cheese I ordered) and it had egg shell in it. So I spat the mouthful out and said Iāll try one more bite it must have been a tiny bit of shell. Another chunk of egg shell was in the next bite. I actually just canāt believe what Iāve witnessed and experienced. Their was an abundance of staff to the point they canāt even move so why Iāve waited so long is a mystery and the staff that are there are walking around saying āIāve lost my headā āI donāt know what Iām doingā. Absolutely shocking! Tell people if there are delays at the point of ordering and prioritise orders in order of when they were placed itās not hard and teach your staff customer service skills because they donāt seem to care at all. I work in a customer facing job roll and I would never dream of behaving so dismissive and unhelpful to a paying customer. Shocked and wonāt go back which is a shame as itās our local and we go every Sunday as a treat...

SERIOUSLY ,how hard can it be a team of people put your meal together, its not down to one person to remember everything ,so that's just the start to what was a waste of money .Ordered a large chicken legend meal ,so got the fries and raspberry ripple crush ...wheres the legend? ...like most legends are long gone ! So next problem was missing Happy meal...left unhappy! Mmm nothing like a cold dry ,pungent fillet o fish of an evening ,a friday evening of all days ...if that's your thing ,this is your plaice ;) Didnt fancy being up all night so fed my bin ! Finally... well fatty ,limp ,soggy cold fries, didnt seem fried so limp and well they looked as impressed as I did ! I will compliment the nuggets of the 20 share box was hot and tasty so one star but really feel I should take this away as our 3 dips were not there only one of the 3 dips ,one lonely sweet and sour sat at the bottom of a fatty paper bag ! No offer of any other sauces ! And Finally the pic ypu see ,I challenge you to tell me what hot drink I ordered ...nope ...not a tea ,ger this ...yeah it's a HOT CHOCOLATE ...WHO KNEW ! MY DAUGHTER insists I must praise the raspberry ripple crush ...how hard can ice be ...very ;) so thank you .seriously she did enjoy this although because it was her legend that was missing I find it hard for me to score them for this .    Read moreStaff always friendly if you eat in, no issues with them, but delivery service is woeful. Delivery used to be great here, but lately 50% of orders are wrong with items missing & why can't they ever include dips. You call restaurant & all they generally say is to complain to delivery Co they use even though they package the items, so not sure why that's the delivery drivers fault. Made a few orders actually within the restaurant lately & they got a couple of those wrong, but i generally can't be bothered going up to mention it as the place is always manic. Just had message to say our latest order was picked up just before 7pm, only arrived at 7.25pm, & stone cold. Tried heating up in the air fryer as we don't have a microwave, not a great result, so didn't enjoy it. Delivery driver or should i say cyclist, said they only picked order up 10min earlier, meaning it would have at least been warm when it arrived. If this was the case why would I get texts to say picked up half hour earlier if they only got it 10min before, its going worse here. You complain online & all you get is a voucher for a medium meal, which we generally don't use as you have to go instore to use, so we're out of pocket, especially if its a £5+ item thats missing, just told feedback will be provided.
