McDonald's — Restaurant in Liverpool

Visited this particular restaurant on monday 4th dec 2017 @ approximately 5pm, as i entered the drive thru was virtually empty and only 4 families were sat eating and 1 male waiting on his order. I approach counter and am told 1 minute(female staff wonders off), 3 mins later returned and takes my order(6 dbl cheeseburgers, 3 plain double cheeseburgers, 3 large fries, 2 boxes of 20 nuggets and 2 Apple pies) lady takes my payment than tells me 5-10 min wait for apple pie as only one was ready. No problem, i wait. 10 mins pass, she realises she forgot to ask so goes around back to ask as i can only assume. 15 minutes later I approached counter again an was about to say forget the apple pie, i will just take my order you bagged up 12 minutes ago and left to go cold on top of the chip fryer. As i am about to call her, she returns and hands me the apple pie. How nice! ....maybe not. I ask her if i could have the rest of my order but NO she decides she’ll ignore me cos am done, i shout again! Everyone looks at me except her, i shout again... EXCUSE ME LOVE! Can i have the rest of my order that your leaving to go cold. ....still ignored! Another member of staff approaches to serve someone else so i interrupt and ask.... excuse me mate, any chance i could have my order over there thats been left for 15 minutes while this apple pie was being heated? He asks where? I reply on top of chip fryer! He looks in bags sees fries and offers to change them for fresh ones. I thanked him as it wasn’t his fault but same time they are apparently a team! ....an apology would of been nice or a gesture of goodwill like replacing the nuggets and burgers instead of just the fries because only the fries were hot when i got home everything else were cold once i got home, and i only live 4 mins away so it wasn’t because of the journey home. That lady needs training if you ask me, I don’t work at fast food but surely if your not gonna be fast then at least use common sense, if the apple pies are gonna take awhile then at least bag everything else once the apple pies are done. Its fast food, not rocket science. Even the gent served after me waited almost ten mins just for a cheeseburger, in an almost empty restaurant with a car per five min drive thru. NO EXCUSE! Train...

Rude agresive cleaner amd manager becouse i had my emotional support ferret for my bad ptsd, my mothers pahtfinding problem and helps against panic attack, anyways it was a closed hard suitcase style wheeled pet carrier and our ferret was inside they didnt even allowed us to finish our order eventough i said my mither cant do it alone or wait alone with our ferrets as she has multiple disabilitys and im her carrer while me aswell got adhd, ptsd, anxiety, depresion etc they where rude angry and literaly pushed us out treathening of baning us it was horrible cusfomer service we have a id stating its our emotional support animal printes out after our gp said we should do that, anyways all other mc donalds allow us all food shops besides asda who asked as nicely which we understand in that case its not about that. 🤮And im a local quide many people some my comments have up to 5000 wievs some...

8:50am Sunday 25 Nov 2018, my Nephew and partner were in the this McD's and a guy was having a loud chat on his phone to a sex line, he was very explicit as was the woman he was talking to, this went on for a good 10 minutes, my partner went to the young manager and told her about the call that was going on and she just gave him a 'couldn't care less grin' he said to her that she wouldn't be 'grining' if there were children in there, she replied with 'well there isn't, is there!' He said to her tat there could be any minute and to that she just walked off with the same stupid grin on her face!!! She really cares about customers concerns, children being exposed to explicit language and her job NOT!!!!! If she worked for me I would sack her...
