Pizza Lane — Restaurant in Liverpool

Very disappointed with my first experience was hungry after a long 12-hour shift working on Christmas Day and this was one of the very few places open and delivering. I placed my order, my name, full address including postcode and contact number were provided and I was informed my food would be delivered in 30-45mins. I then received a call from a male saying he was the manager there and he confirmed my order and became very rude saying they would not deliver my food. I asked why the change of heart and was told 'you are pissing me about and your address is too far' I was very confused and asked why my order was taken after checking my postcode and I was told 'you will not get food from us' I called several times but the staff kept hanging up then ignored my calls. By this time I was very very upset as they had wasted nearly 3hours of my time and I ordered from another takeaway after getting so fed up I have never experienced such vile rude behaviour and inappropriate language just to order some food not happy at all. If you're starving please do NOT call this place they treat you like scum don't know what they're on! Very bad example of management and no wonder staff also misbehave with customers not professional at all! Disgusting...

I ordered a pizza from this shop, and it was nothing short of a disaster. First, they sent me the wrong pizza—not what I ordered at all. To make matters worse, the delivery driver was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He even complained about not being able to find my address, which is only 2 miles from their shop.

When the pizza finally arrived, it was half an hour late and completely cold. I called the shop to explain, and their response was shockingly dismissive—they blamed the distance, even though I live just a short drive away.

The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and the cold, incorrect pizza made this experience unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for better...

I have been going here for a while food is delicious but after today I will not be returning, I made a order and went to pay via Apple Pay and I got a message from my bank saying fraud was happening I thought it was my bank and transferred it to my sisters account to pay on that after trying to pay my sister then received a message saying her card was blocked because of fraud, the staff in the shop was not helpful at all and was constantly making accusations that I just didn’t have enough for my order in my bank when that was not the case won’t be returning bad customer service...
