The Legacy Thai Food — Restaurant in Liverpool

We recently visited this Thai restaurant and absolutely loved the experience! The natural ambiance immediately stood out, calm, cozy, and beautifully done. It felt like dining in a serene garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a great meal. The customer service was outstanding warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were two people and tried a variety of dishes. For starters, we had the Gai Satay, Corn Fritters, Duck Rolls, and Tom Yum Prawns all bursting with authentic Thai flavors and perfectly balanced spices. For mains, we went with the Minced Pad Kaprow Chicken, Jumbo Prawns Curry, and Legacy Thai, each dish beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. To finish off, we enjoyed Coconut Ice Cream and Khoa Tum Mod for dessert, a sweet, refreshing end to a wonderful meal. Everything from the food to the setting and service was exceptional. Excellent little Thai restaurant. I went for lunch, the food was very good. The thing that set it apart for me was the food tasted "Thai" rather than the westernised versions you so often get in the UK. The flavours were authentic, and ingredients were as they should be, rather than substitutes. I only had the Talay Pad Cha today (which was great) but will be back in the coming weeks to try some more. The menu is also very good with dishes other than the normal standard ones seen on most menus. They even Guang Hang Lay and Khao Soi.

Really enjoyed my meal at The Legacy Thai! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. I had the Legacy Thai Chicken – it was crispy, tangy, and packed with just the right amount of spice and sweet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cosy. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for authentic Thai food in Liverpool.
