There is no better KFC location in all of Merseyside. The place is always spotless and I am guessing this shows proper good management and definitely a top staff working team. Today the 10th of May I was absolutely impressed by a member of staff, I think Chriss was his name( I don't have a good memory so apologies if I got your name wrong) he was absolutely fabulous, quick service, amazing attitude, and he makes a hell of a Chocolate Sundae the likes we always had here in this establishment. No better place for a Kfc meal, these guys make the best chicken drumsticks and the chicken strips are out of this world (don t take my word for it try it instead). What I like the most is the clean car park around it as well, always spottless, that it because management ensures that evry day around 8 Am cleaning staff cleans the car park. Amazing team!! Well done KFC!

Absolutely shocking service! Staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful! Won’t take orders at the till unless you are paying cash, then will take your orders but won’t let you eat in. If you have a complaint they will not help but instead walk into the kitchen and laugh with their colleagues. If they see a queue building up at the drive-thru around about 7:30 pm they go out and pull bins into the road to stop people joining which also makes exiting the car park quite difficult and unsafe, even though the drive thru hrs say 9pm and the eat in is supposed to be until 8pm! They even print non-branded signs to sellotape to the door after you have tried to complain and just say it says it on the door now!! If you enjoy KFC don’t come to this one!!

Although this place looks new or recently refurbished the place is a dirty hole. When I visited it had very few customers in it but the bins were overflowing in the restaurant and in the car park. The tables were nearly all dirty and the staff were almost throwing the food at customers at the counter. Attitudes were awful. Even only one order point was working. Update its been over a year since I've been here and I've now been twice in a week. I've had a great experience both times with lovely staff a clean restaurant and the original chicken I bought was perfect slightly crispy skin and really juicy chicken inside. I hope it continues like this and wow what a difference

This is by far the worst KFC we ever visited. To sum up our experience in one word - CHAOS. The self-service machines were not working, and the staff didn’t even inform the customers. Many customers were kept waiting at the machines. We then ordered at the till. However, the team was not very friendly. No menu was shown to the customers. Fortunately, we have the KFC app and can scroll through the menu. The chickens and chips were cold and oily. The best things were the BBQ and sweet chillies dipper bites. We might have visited at the worst time, but many improvements are undoubtedly needed at this branch.

The place is run like a cheap cafe the staff are scruffy and unkept with absolutely no brains orders are constantly wrong with stuff missing and only ever give brown meat ( drumsticks or thighs ) the place is without doubt absolutely minty I would ever eat out of there again so so so un sanitary honestly it’s disgusting and the food is sub standard this chicken sandwich looks like is been cooked 3 or 4 times go somewhere else the owners of this are out of touch and have let it go to ruin

The Best Kfc Service and food. The staff is so polite and helpfull, would be trully a shame not to appreciate them for their genuine hospitality atributes!! Gabriela and Lucy were the ones helping us today and the food was amazing as well, prepared by the guys at the back (Josh and lads and lasses) that we did not had the pleasure of seeing. Quickest service!Site always spec clean!Team Aintree your work and food is highly appreciated and was so for years from yours truly and family!
