Vanilla — Restaurant in Liverpool

I ordered from here this morning they said they would deliver it an hour and 20 minutes later, it got to nearly 2 hours later and it still hadn’t arrived I asked for a partial refund for the delay which is only about 2/3 pound if that and the manger calls me of her mobile phone and starts telling me I’m not getting a refund and laughing down the phone being rude I told her I didn’t ask for a full refund for the food it blatantly says that on just eat and she starts giving me attitude and puts the phone down, I then left a review on just eat and she replies with an absolute bunch of lies saying I called her when I didn’t how would I know her phone number😂😂😂😂😂😂then says I was screaming at her down the phone which is a lie I didn’t raise my voice once and says she told me to contact just eat which once again is a lie😂Food came and it was just basic and bland don’t have a clue how it took over 2 hours when I live a 3 minute drive away even if they were busy I didn’t get any contact letting me know it wouldn’t be delivered when it said at the start or even the second time when I asked for an update it was 15-20 minutes later...

Absolutely shocking customer service, every time I’ve rang the lady in the back has something to say, then today I was told they couldn’t deliver due to it being a small order which is understandable however it’s the attitude of the 2 ladies the one who answered the phone and the one who’s always shouting stuff in the back, the First Lady actually buttoned me when I said I’m unhappy about the attitudes of the staff & lack of customer service, no apologies just sour bad attitudes. When I rang back to say what happened I hadnt finished talking and the lady buttoned me and the Other girl tried to say that she said bye and thought I’d finished but that’s a poor excuse she then proceeded to shout ‘ BYE THEN ‘ so I ended the call but I’m Sure a mouthful was to follow.

Foods not very nice anyway only order as it’s the only one locally that can deliver only really order when am poorly and can’t be bothered. Wouldn’t use this Cafe, no respect for customers and always Got a chip on...

Absolutely disgraceful staff , 2 of them screaming at me outside cafe vanilla today infront of my 12 year old son because my son was eating A take out burger from over the road at vanilla cafe outside seats even though I had purchased a coffee from cafe vanilla which I didn’t even get to drink , staff told me if they had know my son would be eating food from elsewhere outside their cafe that they wouldn’t of served me with a coffee because eating outside there cafe is not allowed even if I bought a coffee from them , I didn’t move as I was still drinking my coffee so two of them came out told me to move , that I’m a tramp and not to come back in their shop , these girls need a lesson in customer service Cos this was a public disgrace , the cafe had a load of young men in their so these girls clearly felt the need to show off , I’ve never been so embarrassed, I ended up having to leave my coffee and my son left in tears , I would not recommend this cafe , absolute disgrace...
