I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Fat pig Customer Service, and I must say, it was a highly disappointing and unpleasant experience. The representative I dealt with displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.

From the moment I reached out to Fat Guy Customer Service, I encountered a lack of basic courtesy. The representative's tone was condescending and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Instead of providing the assistance I needed, they seemed more interested in rushing me off the phone and ending the conversation as quickly as possible.

Moreover, the representative's knowledge and expertise were severely lacking. They appeared ill-informed about the products and services they were supposed to support, offering vague and incorrect information. I was left confused and without a satisfactory resolution to my issue. It was evident that they either lacked proper training or simply didn't care enough to provide accurate assistance.

What shocked me the most was the complete disregard for empathy and understanding. The representative showed no interest in listening to my concerns, interrupting me repeatedly and showing impatience. Their rude behavior only added to my frustration, leaving me feeling belittled and disrespected.

To add insult to injury, the response time was abysmal. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get any sort of response or update on my issue, if at all. Communication was severely lacking, and I had to continuously follow up to get even the slightest bit of attention.

In conclusion, my experience with Fat Guy Customer Service was nothing short of a disappointment. The rude and unprofessional behavior, combined with a lack of knowledge, empathy, and responsiveness, made it an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory encounter. I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time, and I used to rave about their food. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely shattered my opinion. The food took over an hour and a half to arrive—ridiculously late—and when it finally did, it was nothing short of a disaster. Everything was watery, soggy, and barely edible. Even the sauce, which used to be flavorful, was completely bland. It's shocking how far the standards have fallen.

What’s even more infuriating is their response to my complaint. Despite being a regular customer, they had the audacity to reject my refund request. This kind of service is unacceptable from any business, let alone one that used to pride itself on quality.

It’s clear they no longer care about their customers or the quality of their food. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the restaurant I used to know, and I won't be coming back.

I ordered food from this restaurant and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The food took over an hour and a half to arrive, and when it finally did, it was completely unacceptable. Everything was watery, soggy, and barely edible. It's clear they have no respect for their customers' time or taste buds.

Absolutely horrible experience. We used to order from Kome regularly and were always happy with the food and service — but after today, never again. First, the California big rolls looked NOTHING like they should.They’re supposed to come with the classic orange tobiko on top, but ours arrived with some weird green stuff instead, and not even a pair of chopsticks included. I ordered a lychee bubble tea with ONLY tapioca pearls and paid extra for 4 portions — but it definitely didn’t have the extra tapioca I paid for. My sister ordered a strawberry bubble tea with BOTH popping balls and tapioca, with 2 extra portions, and instead they sent the strawberry with only tapioca. The popping balls were completely missing from the wrong drink — even though I was the one who asked for no popping balls in the lychee. On top of that, my sister ordered a Spicy Chicken Bibimbap and got a Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap instead. What if she was allergic to beef? Mistakes like this aren’t just careless — they can be dangerous. It’s clear that something has gone seriously downhill — something has changed in the kitchen or management — either new staff or zero quality control. Whoever handled our order today should seriously consider changing jobs because this level of service is unacceptable.

Who is Tuna lover? 🙋‍♀️ After meeting my friend in South Woodford, I went to Kome Express to grab some sushi back home. Kome Express was just located in the entrance of station so I could jump on a train after buying yummy sushi🍣 😋 WHAT I GOT 🍣Tuna lover set💖 The heart shape bento box did catch my eyes👀 😍. It consisted 2 tuna nigiri, 6 tuna hosomaki, 4 tuna avocado uramaki, 3 tuna sashimi & edamame. The tuna was so fresh and delicious. It’s definitely a Tuna lover set🥰Love it. Kome express has other branch in Woodford and Seven Sisters. Hope that they will have more branches in London so I can buy their sushi elsewhere.
