The representative's tone was condescending and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Instead of providing the assistance I needed, they seemed more interested in rushing me off the phone and ending the conversation as quickly as possible.
Moreover, the representative's knowledge and expertise were severely lacking. They appeared ill-informed about the products and services they were supposed to support, offering vague and incorrect information. I was left confused and without a satisfactory resolution to my issue. It was evident that they either lacked proper training or simply didn't care enough to provide accurate assistance.

The food took over an hour and a half to arrive—ridiculously late—and when it finally did, it was nothing short of a disaster. Everything was watery, soggy, and barely edible. Even the sauce, which used to be flavorful, was completely bland. It's shocking how far the standards have fallen.
What’s even more infuriating is their response to my complaint. Despite being a regular customer, they had the audacity to reject my refund request. This kind of service is unacceptable from any business, let alone one that used to pride itself on quality.
