I went today for some desert, ordered apple crumble with custard and a strawberry crepe with ice creams.
This has to be one of the worst desert places i have ever been to. The crepe was over cooked and hard in the middle. The apple crumble wasn’t crumbly, in fact it was like a cheap apple sponge cake with luke warm economy custard.
We ordered iced coffee too but that was aweful too.
The place appeared to be run by amateurs with little or no knowledge of customer service.
The table we sat on had chocolate stains and i had to get one of the staff to clean it.
I complained about the quality of the desert however, sadly it fell on deaf ears.
They charge the typical going rate for deserts but the quality was absolutely abysmal.

Read moreI love ice cream and they serve quality ice cream here, unlike some in the area. However my only issue is the customer service. The guys serving are always miserable, just wished they served with a smile. Also when buying an ice cream, it comes with 2 extras: toppings, sauces and wafers. But they never ask what two toppings you would like, so unless you read the board you wouldn't know the the price includes toppings. So each time, I ask for some toppings, they just dont seem happy about it, not sure why? Just wish they were more friendly after all they are dealing with the local community and children. Smile abit more lads, your ice creams are good!

Read moreGood location, nice service and nice set of people. As well as air conditioned seating inside you can sit outside with your order on sturdy seats. I thought it was a bit pricey to be honest, its a little more to eat in. But the sundaes were nice. I'd go again to try something else on the menu.
Update: The Ferrero Roche Crépe is the nuts. Super nice. Defo try it if you like pancakes and chocolate.
On another note. The cheesecakes were terrible. Tasted like they were bought in days ago and left in the fridge. I tried them...
