I live in South Woodford and ashamed as this has to be the worst KFC I've ever visited for both quality and customer service. I have to drive to Leytonstone KFC as the quality is so much better!
1 star but there should be an option to give no stars as previously mentioned in other reviews.
I arrived at KFC and the staff had their backs turned to me and I was standing and waiting for 5mins before they turned to acknowledge me. Then someone popped out from the back and took my order. As a member of staff you should at least say to the customer "sorry will be with you shortly" or at least something to that effect. Very bad customer service!
The order took so much longer to prepare than what it should take. It took at least 15mins. Considering this is a takeaway and I was the only one in the shop, 15mins is not acceptable!
The quality of the food is terrible! KFC should really take a look at this franchise because it's really not representing the brand. "Finger licking good" is the KFC moto or at least that's what I remember. This KFC is far from that! The hash browns in my tower box meal were burnt to a crisp and so thin. Literally, just tasted like eating fried oil. No potato taste! The chicken in general is horrible when I compare with other KFCs. To summarise, the quality of the food is very poor!
I will not be a paying customer at this KFC anymore and will go to Leytonstone. I have given the South Woodford branch too many chances and this is the last straw.
Management and KFC ambassadors take a REAL close look at this franchise. I hope something is done about the staff and food quality. It's really not acceptable considering the increased cost of living today and other businesses having to close down. If this didn't have the KFC name I'm sure this business would close for all reasons...

To make matters worse, itās impossible to get through to them by phoneāI tried many times with no luck. This is the second time theyāve messed up my order, and I should have learned my lesson from the first experience. Absolute disgrace.
Their service is nothing short of garbage. They donāt seem to care about improving either, since their responses to complaints are always the same lazy, copy-and-paste message: āThank you bla bla bla. Your feedback is important to us, and we take it seriously. Weāll address your concerns with our team to ensure improvements are made. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Or this is not our fault and its ubereats' faultā
They clearly donāt care about customers, and the only reason I chose them again is because they are close by. AVOID this...

We ordered last Saturday a couple of chicken burgers and wings. The Burgers (if you can call them that) had nothing but a piece of dry chicken with mayonnaise, (see picture). Seriously is that even a burger?? How you dare to call that a burger!?!! The taste was absolutely disgusting to the point that we had to throw them away as we did now want to get food poised. Wings were overcooked and dry, also imposible to eat. Last but not least the chips were cold and soggy. They didn't even get the drinks right!
When we called to ask for an explanation thinking they might have done a mistake, to our surprise they couldn't care at all and it seemed to us that their food is normally like that! Shame KFC, we would never ever order...
