Don’t pay cash, they will short change you. Check your order before takeaway and I mean open your boxes as they will replace add on with either cheaper alternative or won’t provide it at all. Their food is extremely salty and tastes refried in old oil. They are extremely stingy when it comes to sauces, have water added to it and literally half a dip. They have reluctancy to provide receipts as they want you to pay without checking so they can easily scam you. Their customer service is appalling and they need to learn English as their staff don’t understand a word of English unless of course if it’s to do with money they know the basics so they can scam you. Decent food at a reasonable price. We ordered on the app and requested collection. The order should have been ready within 15 mins (according to the app) but after arriving 30 mins later, the food was still in the process of being prepared. I had also included extras in my smash burger and paid for the additional costs but this wasn't included in my order.
