After waiting 45 minutes for the food, it was not as good as it should have been for the time waited. The nachos were old and burned, would not recommend them. The glasses were dirty and unable to drink from. At the end of our meal, we asked for the receipt, and they wouldn't give it to us. The waitress was very impolite and rude. The receipts were made by the waitress (they were not official) and she did it wrong the first time so we had to count it ourselves, as she would only write the total instead of writing everything we consumed. It is a very unofficial place and it had a poor costumer service.

Well done to the Alisa Tavern nestled between Isleworth and Twickenham. A great pub and restaurant. A proper traditional pub with a very welcoming feel to it. A Shepherd Neame offering, done with an eye on the local patron, all well executed. A fine selection of keg beers and a couple of cask ales on my visit although, to my surprise, no Spitfire (cask badge turned so, usually on offer) on either count. The staff are amazing and so much fun. A delightful pub, recommended by me ( please do not let that put you off!)

Had Sunday Roast. Roast Lamb. It was a good plateful, generous portions, and tasty too! Was only going to have a quick meal and a pint, but ended up staying 4.5 hours! There was a charity event going on, WImbledon Men’s Final was on the TV, and there was some great live music too. Had a really enjoyable afternoon!

Alisa tavern menus include sandwiches, salads and other light bites, as well as proper pub grub, including burgers, bangers and mash, and much, much more. They also serve our famous Ailsa Pizzas - if you haven't tried them yet, hurry down here!

On Sundays, they serve our much-loved Sunday roasts, with a selection of meats from our local butcher served with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings, all covered with lashings of their delicious gravy.

They also recognize that you should always compliment your food down with a quality, refreshing drink....the Ailsa offers a wide range of wines from around the world as well as a selection of Kentish Real Ales. They always stock 'Spitfire' on tap and lagers including 'Asahi' and 'Kronenbourg'.

They can also cater for any kind of party (Christenings, birthdays, wedding receptions, wakes) which can be held in the pub or in the garden marquee. A menu can be discussed and we can cater for both 3 course meals and buffets or even get a...

Love this Pub. Great food and superb staff. Best Atmosphere. Unfortunately another London pub shut down over the peak Christmas season due to a 'pandemic'. As most of us know, there is no pandemic. Its a re-allocation of other illnessess and diseases combined with massive media hype and bam! you got yourself a pandemic. As Lord Sumption said in October this year: "The British public has not even begun to understand the seriousness of what is happening in our country, many perhaps most of them dont care, or wont care until its too late. They insinctively feel that the ends justify the means, the moto of every totalitarian regime that has ever existed".

Wake up hospitality businesses. There is not a pandemic. The PCR tests are a fraud. Seriously wake up. Unify, unite and defy the government that do not have your best...
