Pros: Nice quiet area to take your child to play without any drunk people hanging around Very good when it's summer as there is plenty of shade covering the playground area. Good parking on weekends.
Cons: BEWARE of coming here between Monday to Friday EVEN if it a bank holiday by car via Hill View Road. There is a sign at the top but with the gate open it is unclear whether you can go through or not, also the parking machines read "No charge on Bank Holidays" which contradicts the sign. This is the council's very shady way of getting you a fine sent to your home for £65.00, if you have received the fine then save your time and don't even bother appealing.
Apparently the reason you are not allowed to enter is because of congestion, funny since their is no congestion on a bank holiday and even funnier that if you enter the same park via St.Margaret's the same sign does not appear but you are entering from a way busier area.
Anyway... I hope this helps and you...
