La Creperie Bretonne — Restaurant in London

We went to this place on a Sunday morning and it was already busy with people enjoying their breakfasts. The vibes of this place are very positive and relaxing, the reason could be the friendly staff who greet you with a smile and talk to everyone so politely even in such busy hours. It is not a very big place, but has enough space for a large group and a cozy space for a single visitor or two. The ambience is lovely, very clean with comfortable chairs. There is also some outdoor sitting if you want to enjoy the summer sun. We ordered an English breakfast, some coffee and a chocolate & nuts crepe. The English breakfast was perfect in portion and not greasy. The crepe was nice too, right sweetness to conclude the meal with. And again the portion was just right, I prefer places which serve right portions which avoid any food wastage and also because it feels good and which does not leave you feeling uncomfortably full at the end. We have been there several times and have been mildly disappointed everytime but the most recent trip was the worst. They misheard our order, waitress was rude and genuinely didn't care. We ordered salad and crepe and asked for the salad to be brought first. Crepe were brought out first and drinks were wrong as well. We ate the crepe and asked for the salad to be packed as at that point we didn't fancy it after a dessert and waitress huffed and puffed at our face, clearly annoyed. The place looked so lovely and I so wanted to go but upon asking for food information for my friend's nut allergy (I have one too but less serious) the staff were totally bewildered and useless. I'm sure they're nice people but I'm shocked that they work in catering and do not understand what a nut allergy is - they didn't even want to read ingredients out to us.
