Thought I'd try out this burger place in southall.. I've been to one in acton a few years back wasnt overly impressed that was due to the wait. Took well over 30 mins then Seems like a culture continues to they new branch in southall. So before you go there be prepared for the 30 min wait not end of the world. 1st impressions, hope the food is good Actual impression. Dirty walls no cleaning of the floors unorganised in the kitchen and a total disregard and acknowledgement that customers have walked in. Walked to the counter the guy with the beard started talking over me to one of his colleges whilst I was trying to order. No big deal maybe it was important. No they where sharing a pathetic joke. I ordered our food to sit in we sat down the whole area was cold. Be careful guys the car park is not free and you have to keep an eye on the 1 hour you get to park they have apnr cameras outside so no escaping the time. Especially if your food comes out 40 mins later. Food came out late I had to go up to the counter and demand it and again the self proclaimed body builder was more worried about his mates than how the disorganised the kitchen was. They had my order confused with a takeaway order. I had to go up and collect it. The food came.. kept it simple burgers chips drink and a whole chicken. The burgers where nice I'd give them 7.1 out of 10 chips where crispy how I like them and the garlic sauce they provide tastes nice avoid the whole chicken wasnt great 5.9 out 10 luke warm. They provide you with a draft drink I ordered a Pepsi max. The ratio between the carbindated water and syrup is wrong. Milkshake Is nice. Overall I wouldn't go back here again. I've given it 2 star not for the food the food is ok just my whole impression of the place and the service I recieved. Staff need to realise not to mix business with mates. There is a line. Not going back again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a delightful burger place in London, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment my friends and I walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of appreciation for our patronage. The menu was filled with an impressive array of mouthwatering burger options, each one more tempting than the last. I decided to try their signature HappyNero burger, and it was a burger lover's dream come true. The patty was perfectly cooked to juicy perfection, and the combination of flavors was simply divine. Every bite was a culinary delight that left me craving more. But what truly stood out was the exceptional gesture of the manager. Upon learning that we were from Cardiff, the manager graciously surprised us with a complimentary milkshake. It was a sweet, creamy indulgence that perfectly complemented the flavors of our burgers. This thoughtful gesture made us feel like valued guests, and it added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our dining experience. The atmosphere of the burger place was casual and inviting, with a trendy yet comfortable interior. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service was prompt and efficient, allowing us to fully enjoy our dining experience without any interruptions. Overall, my visit to this burger place was a fantastic experience. The delicious HappyNero burger, the warm hospitality, and the complimentary milkshake made it a memorable dining adventure. I highly recommend this place to anyone in London who is looking for a delectable burger and a dining experience that goes above and beyond.

Really nice burgers. I had the Texan burger with sweet potato fries. Ingredients were fresh and the taste was spot on. When you buy as a meal they give you a very small portion of fries. If you buy a portion separately it's 3 times the size, which is rather annoying. I also had the buffalo wings and an Oreo shake. The shake was great, very thick and tasted the same as you'd get it from Five Guys. The wing tasted too peppery in my opinion. Felt like it had been cooked in tabasco sauce, which isn't for everyone. Overall the burger was excellent. I visited at around 10:30pm. The crowd (customers) here was a bunch of young 15-20 year olds. The place was full of them, very loud and noisy, swearing quite loud too. Despite this, they were generally polite with other people. I thought to mention this as I'd never bring my family and kids here. So not a family vibe at all. But good to bring your friends here if you aren't intimidated by potentially loud teens (wouldn't recommend it for women based on my experience).

Manager/branch partner wanted to fight me the moment I asked a question!!!

Last night I went to Amigos Southall and brought two of my companions to try the chicken on offer. The fair skinned looking partner must've had a bad day. Never received such negative customer service in my 30 plus years.

Three of us ordered individually. Two of us got the chicken load fries and one ordered beef loaded fries. I ordered last but got my order first. My friend who ordered first and had an identical order got his last and we ate at three different times.

I went to explain this to the guy and he said the beef takes longer to cook. I tried to explain that's fine but the two identical orders came so far apart. He flipped and shouted at me. The narcissistic behaviour was shocking, he would interrupt me and then accuse me of not listening. To lead by example I remained silent whilst he barked so that that once he had finished venting I could try to help him understand the situation but any time I'd speak he would shut me down and without going into quotables; had said I was annoying him and told me he would throw me out if I give more aggro etc

A horrible situation to be in for a paying customer who showed respect throughout the whole process and got none in return. I know I did good not to escalate the situation however I haven't had someone be so offensive in my adult life (I'm in my 30's). He said so much more. No human should have to receive such treatment, let alone a paying customer. I'm very upset but content I didn't lower my standards just to communicate with that man child.

I just said you're having a bad day and killed him with kindness and intellect. His ego couldn't handle it and kept coming back to my table. I would have left if my friends weren't still eating to which they had stopped eating soon after and we left.

I think he may have seen my video about the overcooked beef burger hence the hostility (that video was constructive feedback). Either way I'm never going back there again. Complete circus.

The amigos image ruined. Not a place for positive vibes because the whole restaurant saw. His staff were apologising for his behaviour. God knows how people work under him.

Amigos was great (in Acton) until they scaled and let cowboys with no mannerisms have a piece of the brand. What a sad story to a brand that had so much potential.

If you read this far then thanks for your time. I hope it gives you some scope to what his happening at their...

Another overhyped place. Food is mediocre at best. If you're a bhabi who already eats 4 day old saalan you'll probably still enjoy this monstrosity, otherwise for normal people who want good food to eat (and also feel like they're getting value for money), I'd stay away. These guys messed up on a collection order. I spent good money with them and bought online before turning up for collection. They ended up telling me half the items on their menu were out of stock (strange, for a food place to not be stocked of the one thing they need to sell, FOOD). When the order was collected by my family member, i checked it before leaving and found a missing patty in one of the big burger meals. I walked back and was greeted with a 'i don't give a s* about my job' kind of attitude by some guy at the counter. I also got short changed by about 4 of them behind the counter (guys and girls) TRYING to gang up on me to request further payment when infact it was already paid for online (paid for an extra patty). They eventually saw sense because they knew that this customer knows numbers, has common sense and also runs his own businesses. Left about 15 mins later with the correct order but the entire experience of making out that I was stupid and had to lay more for something i had already paid for, just left a bad taste. I'll be going to the other branch (because at least they could speak English, understand what was being asked and actually provided a good and correct service). These guys and girls unfortunately have no idea of how to work a till, let alone cook good food. Will never return to the Southall branch again. What a shame, had potential being in a prime location. Clearly alot of other customers have also had a bad experience on other...
