Meri Marzi — Restaurant in London

I asked for the the most popular and best chaat on the menu, he said the veg soya. I thought ok, there was no price for this at the time. Also ordered 2 masala chai, one without sugar. 15 mins later the masala chai arrives, both with sugar. I told him one without sugar and had to wait another 15 mins. 30 mins for a masala chai, this should be already made and take less than 30 seconds. After 30 mins finally got given this disgusting veggie soya, I feel like he lied to me, as there were other people in the queue ordering and nobody ordered this disgusting dish, so how can be most popular. He must have just needed to get rid of it. I then was charged £8 for this terrible dish, when I look now, on the website it is advertised for £7, so he mugged me off again. Dishonest, poor service, waiting a long time in the rain. They were doing nothing for a good 15 mins after we ordered. The other lady had no clue what I ordered, 20 mins asking me about my 5 Biryani's, then my aaloo tikki chaat, then she was told what I ordered which showed nobody cared about my order for about 20 mins. I am very disappointed with my experience here and would not recommend this to anyone. Portion was so small, box felt very light and saw a few pieces of soya, this is disgraceful for £8, it should be £1 really for what...

I'm sorry but this was the one of the worst Indian food places I've ever been to. We were bored and walked along Broadway, thought we'd try it as it looked different and fun.. and was in a bus.

We ordered chicken tikka, chilli paneer, and biryani, but everything we got was so extremely salty its unbelievable. I think if it wasn't for the salt I would have given it maybe a 3, but couldn't taste anything apart from salt.

The price was that of a normal Indian restaurant £7/8 a starter, £10 or more for a main, so I definitely wouldn't pay that price here when there are so many better places nearby.

Also no good for anyone scared of heights, I'm not scared of heights but the light swaying of the bus was a little scary for me.

We couldn't actually eat the food and ended up leaving and going...

The customer service here is very bad .. the guy on the till doesn't show any interest in taking orders ... And while we are still ordering or talking to him he goes away and does his work and no other worker neither he will come and take orders... This is my fourth time coming here and everytime I come here it's the same scene... Even I work in customer service and I know how hard it is... When it's busy or even to work on a day... Coming to food .... Veg Biriyani is worst... It's not cooked properly and it's basically tasting like pulav.... Neither the rice nor the vegetables are cooked.. no salt .. and I could say is that it's not tasting like biriyani... Neither it is eatable....

Very worst experience this time overall.. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone again and would never...
