Title: Our Favorite Takeaway Spot: Chinni Chor's Yummy Treats!
Chinni Chor in Hounslow West has been our go-to place for delicious food, even though it changed from dine-in to takeaway during Covid and still stays that way. It's like a friend that's been with us through thick and thin, always ready to satisfy our taste buds.
No Change in Yumminess: Despite the change from dine-in to takeaway, Chinni Chor's food is as yummy as ever. Our daughter's face lights up every time we mention their sweets – kaju katli, boondi ladoo, and jalebi. And let's not forget their savory dishes too!
Gaurav, the Superstar: Gaurav is a true gem. He's always so helpful and friendly, making our takeaway experience extra special. It's like chatting with a friend while getting our food.
Reminds Us of Good Times: Chinni Chor's food takes us back to the good times we had when we used to dine in. Their dhokla, chaat, and North Indian dishes taste just like we remember them.
Still Our Happy Place: Even though we can't dine in right now, Chinni Chor is still our happy place. Their food feels like a warm hug, and we're grateful they're there for us during these times.
Looking Forward: We're hoping things will get better and we can dine in again, but until then, we're happy with their yummy takeaways.
Family Love: To sum it up, Chinni Chor's change from dine-in to takeaway hasn't changed how much we love their food. Our daughter's sweets obsession, our love for their North Indian dishes, and the help from Gaurav make Chinni Chor a special part of our family moments.
We're crossing our fingers for brighter days ahead and more chances to enjoy their...
Read moreThe food is as good as the sweets. Rest, this place is full of lazy and ill mannered people. When we came in, we saw people removing their own plates after eating. It was odd, but soon enough, we came to realise why. No one is cleaning the tables. You can see aachar stains on the table and a lot of food and used napkins below tables. The service is very disrespectful as well. When we sat down, the lady came, took away last left tea cup, and looked at us as if saying what can I do for the burden you are on earth. The rest of the table was left as was with pickle stains all over it. Anyway our order was small and we placed it as it was a very uncomfortable situation. The gentleman sitting behind us, she removed the glass on the table and ignored him. Even when he called and the waitress did not listen to him. The guy was visibly upset and left.
Then, a few guys occupied the table, and she turned up again and said just one word to them "WHAT". The guys were confused and asked for the menu. When they started ordering, she denied them most of the items. She was only willing to serve what she wanted them to have and said no to many items, saying the kitchen was busy.
The place is officially open until 10:00 pm and it was at 9:10pm she was saying how people were late and she would not accept most of the orders. God heavens, the staff must have a super rubbish life and are not worried slightly to take ot out on people. The guys were nice and ate what she wanted them to.
We all have problems, but taking them out on paying customers is really the way to go for people at chini chor. It also has major hygiene issues and will...
Read moreMy brother recently visited chini Chor, which was our fav restaurant from pat 15 years, the restaurant in Hounslow and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the Veg Hakka Noodles, and when it arrived, it was unbearably spicy due to raw crushed mirchi (chili) that had been added to it. When you have it, it was literally burning 🥵 on your lips and tongue, When I called the staff to address the issue, I was met with an unhelpful response. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they simply said, "This is what we do if you ask for spicy noodles." Even after I expressed how extreme the spice was, the staff didn't offer any apology or show any empathy. It's frustrating that they didn't take any responsibility or acknowledge their mistake. A simple "sorry" could have gone a long way, but instead, they remained dismissive. I won’t be returning after this experience. Please see below photo sample spoon got how much mirchi. A proper chef will never ever crush aw chillis and mix in the food instead it should have been sautes in the oil first or to increase a spice level to the dish, the great chef needs not add the chillies ,instead he would have added black pepper Noddles masala etc also bring spice levels up, I don't think this restaurant is maintaining correct standards of cooking and running properly like before. I would say you can take of this from your list...even the people who forced themselves to eat as they love noodles , have a stomach burn the whole night and couldn't sleep.its very very disappointing...
