I went today's morning to Starbucks to get my small latte. Unfortunately I have been informed that they do not have small cups so I need to order medium or large. The same situation happened 2 weeks or 3 weeks before. I was not happy as I already paid £4 instead of £3.60 where It is not my fault they have not ordered cups on time or simply the Starbucks itself has a problem with sending them. I truly understand this can happen. Few weeks ago I literally only ask the lady ( black hair, short ) so do I need to buy and pay for medium then? She gave me a bit of attitude and said our manager said we cant sell small coffees. I assumed she might got already customer whom were not too happy about this so she is a bit sensitive . I told her right after okay then pls prepare the medium. She did mention next time i come in she will adjust the difference etc. Which was fair enough. Before the same lady was keep telling me Starbucks do not have simple syrup even though all other branches I went to in London call it simple syrup and selling. This only branch says we don't have it LOL - At the beginning i Thought maybe I remember incorrectly. However, I went to a few different branches and all said simple syrup. Anyway ... it is what it is - did not really want to leave bad review for that even tho was quite irritating. Plus there are some nice staff there. So I came today and was told I cannot order small coffee as the cups are out of stock. I mentioned to the lady that this happened two weeks ago too.. She said they have only this problem from last week. I said oh i came two weeks ago and experienced that - she just said yeah from two weeks we have this problem lol - She explained why - something that they cannot order it or there is internal problem. I said twice in between that okay then i guess i will have medium - she told me they can take medium cup and make small coffee. Which made me happy thinking yeah that's a fair enough solution - so as she proposed that I said yeah please, as long as I pay as for small latte please do.. She literally laughed at me face - that was not a laugh as we find a solution and we both are laughing, but a laugh that I have a problem pay extra £0.40. It is so unprofessional - rubbish customer service. I told the lady that I do not know what it is funny here. She stopped laughing and just took a payment from me. No sorry, no thank you, no smile. The lady who made me coffee and were explained to made as small one in medium cup was lovely and polite - the coffee itself was very nice. Did not make me feel it is a problem. Unfortunately almost every time when lady in black hair and today's one ( brown light hair ) are moody, grumpy or just no emotions. The last time I went there. very poor...

I visited the branch last Friday and asked for 3 drinks. The drinks werenāt made as I wanted, and when I asked if I could have one of them remade, the lady in the coffee machine said that I would have to pay for another drink. On top of that once I paid for the drink I asked for a lid and she spoke to me in a very rude way and made me wait for a while. I have been to this branch a few times before and the lady is always very rude and moody. If she canāt take the pressure from work she should change her job. I didnāt get her name but she was short with black/dark brown hair and wearing a Christmas jumper and black apron. This is not how I expect to be treated as a paying customer. I came in with my family today ( 17/11/18) I placed an order but made a mistake with one of the order. instead of ordering a brownies frap I ordered a hot drink. Just before I paid, I asked if she could change the order from hot drink to frap. because she already put the order in, she said she cant change it anymore.
