I organised a Christmas dinner at Annabella's for a group of friends a couple of weeks ago. I was attended to by Gabby who was so attentive and did her best to help accommodate some very specific dietary requirements for a couple of the guests. The food was very tasty and each course arrived promptly! Thank you so much Gabby.

I would like this opportunity, however, to feedback to the managers of Arens: 1) A direct phone line for the restaurant may be better to liase with the restaurant directly. 2) I was told by Gabby to email directly to an email address (to ensure a quicker response) that was different to the one listed on the email confirming my reservation - the latter of which I never received any responses to - a bit misleading and a waste of time for anyone emailing that address 3) Please ensure all staff are communicating the same messages to people calling. When I booked the table, I spoke to a lady twice (I believe with a South African accent) and asked both times if we needed to pre-order, and I was told both times this wasn't necessary. One of my friends spoke to a gentleman who said it was necessary and that I'd been emailed asking to do this and a separate email was sent asking for my credit card details- none of these ever were received in my inbox or junk mail. In addition, as the person organising the dinner, this made me look...

Tonight's meal at Anabella's Ruislip was an absolute delight from start to finish, and I couldn't be more impressed with both the amazing food and the exceptional service and hospitality.

Every dish that graced our table was a testament to the kitchen's skill and passion. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced, and the presentation was simply stunning. It was clear that high-quality fresh ingredients were used, and each element of the meal was thoughtfully prepared. From the first bite to the last, it was a truly memorable culinary experience that left us wanting more.

The front-of-house team deserves immense credit for making our evening so enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Our servers were incredibly attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs and offering excellent recommendations. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The entire staff exuded a welcoming and friendly demeanor, creating a wonderfully relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Anabella's Ruislip has truly mastered the art of combining exquisite food with impeccable service. Great value and large portions! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. We're already looking forward to...

I was surprised to be handed the menus as we walked in and told to seat ourselves. Is it self-service or table-service? Confusing. We were told that we could order from the bar or the app, which never impresses my Dad who I was taking out. Decided to use the app, which was painful as it had so many questions. The menu had decent options, but it was expensive for some reasonable items eg eggs benedict (very small and thin muffin) and the like were around the £12-14 mark, omelette £13, smashed avocado and eggs just under £13. However, a full English was £14+ and the vegan version just under £18. The Fiesta Bagel- a bagel with smoked salmon and avocado was just under £18. Wow! There are far better places to go and spend less eg Browns next door, with proper table-service. Via the app at payment stage a tip was suggested which annoys me- should I be forecasting the level of service I will receive??? The service was fine, friendly enough. An average coffee was £4-5, an iced one or frappucino was in the region of an eye-watering £8.50!!!!! A glass of orange or apple juice was £5.95. Water £3.50. Milkshakes just under £12. We certainly won't return, although the location is good and the decor quite nice, but again, Browns is a much nicer option and cheaper option and set up as a...

Had an impromptu brunch in this place few weeks ago. Decent selection of food on the menu. Juices and none alcoholic beverage is well overpriced with a frappucino serving at an eyewatering price of £9! double the price of a starbucks drink. Upon arrival, you can seat yourself, queue on the till to order food. Pay as you order set up despite atmosphere of looking like a waiting service as staff has presented themselves. Staff are polite appeared to be extra busy and does not pay attention unless you call their attention. Ordered few meals, partner happy with well plated small portion of english breakfast. I had the eggs benedict which was flavourful but came with unexpected crunchy eggshells which i have unintentionally eaten and swallowed during my meal. No one has checked on us how our meal was going while we were eating so had no opportunity to discuss earlier. When it was time for the waiter to clean up i have pointed it out that my meal came with eggshells and she just said 'ok' i will let them know. Gave them the opportunity to come back to us but again no staff have intended to check in this matter. Great location, interiors aesthetically designed to attract customers. Food quality, service and price slightly arguable in my opinion.

Average at best. The service was very poor, staff pretty much clueless on what they were doing! They bring the food over before your beverages! When they bring the food over, they just place it all on one side, not acknowledging there are 2 people, 2 dishes, maybe each person plans to eat one each! Finally, once your food arrives, you have to get up and get your own cutlery! 👏🏽 Whether you order a flat white, latte or cappuccino it all tastes as milky as each other! The portion size for lunch were decent and the flavours of the food were tasty but what you get sold isn’t what you get! The menu states the below, whilst what you really get is button mushrooms, soggy toast and if you go poached egg, one overcooked egg and one almost raw egg! “Umami Truffle Delight Black Truffle & Wild Mushrooms on Sourdough Toast with Your Choice of Eggs (Poached, Scrambled, or Fried)” Foods average, service poor, decent atmosphere, and good parking! Would not really recommend!

You can park at the car park behind in you will be dining here. When we arrived we were told to grab some menus and then pick any seat and come order at the bar area. Strange as they had lots of waiters. We ordered it online. We ordered Anabella’s breakfast and the purple gold açai bowl, which were both really good. Also ordered a flat white and an iced watermelon and green tea. The waiter came over with an iced lychee green tea and explained it would take too long to make the watermelon one (Why have it on the menu then??). Also found it a bit disrespectful that they had made an alternative drink for me without asking first if there was something else I’d like instead. Some of the drinks are extortionately priced, ridiculous as we’re not in central London. Service was fine but then again you do most of the work yourself so.
