I went in to grab baklava with my niece and left with nothing but a “bye bye” from the worker there. We went in and two men walked in after us but got a welcoming “hello”, we got nothing. We waited behind the men, we didn’t complain even though we went in first and knew what we wanted. She served them and the men kept asking for more so she was dealing with them. She was ignoring us. We walked out went to a shop to save time. Came back after 10 mins, still serving them, she ignored us once more. So i said “hello we’ve been waiting for a while” in a polite tone of voice. She said “ok wait!”. We had no intentions of leaving without anything but had to because of this poor service. As we were leaving she said “bye bye” in a jokingly and passive aggressive manner. I’ve been visiting them since 2014 and they are always the best!
I travel 30 mins to buy from them and it’s always worth it!
