Aroma Cafe Chingford — Restaurant in London

Ordered 3 breakfasts at the counter (lady busy eating and not listening). Ordered Breakfast Platter without the black pudding, mushrooms and tomato. Weak tea and 2 portions of toast arrived - 1 missing portion of toast. Little while later, 2 breakfasts arrived, 1 Breakfast Platter missing - granted it takes a bit longer to cook. Lady apologises and takes it away to remove the black pudding muttering she "wants to be at home". Breakfast Platter arrives a 2nd time, I take it back asking for tomatoes and mushrooms removing. Lady asks me if I want a refund? Breakfast Platter arrived a 3rd time - it's as requested. Begin eating, the food is more than stone cold, it resembles something that has just come out of the refrigerator. Lady says "that's because it's come back 3 times, do you want a refund?" No! I just want a breakfast. After a 'ping' of the microwave, Breakfast Platter arrived a 4th time, obviously the same food as its covered in the ketchup I put on it. By now, toast is cold, tea is cold and the other 2 have finished their breakfasts. This has to be the most disgusting breakfast I've ever been served in my life! Haven't been for 4 years due to poor quality, thought I'd give Aroma Cafe another try, worse money I've ever spent. Give this place a wide berth and eat anywhere else. Thoroughly shameful, poor quality and disgusting to the point I now feel ill... i forgot to add the first questions they ask you when you enter if you are not eating you...

Really gone down hill.

I ordered small breakfast. I found hair in my food as well as bacon. I do not eat bacon for religious reasons. Waitress insinuated I put both in my food. Where did i get bacon from? And my hair is blonde, not black like the hair. Very insulting. They discounted my meal only 50p!!! No apology!!! Considering this is a health hazard, I should have had a proper apology and would have appreciated more discount.

Absolutely DISGUSTING, firstly for the hair and bacon but also for the waitress attitude.

Will never go again and I suggest people inspect their food as waitress puts down plate, before eating in case the waitress tries to accuse you of putting hair in food.

Edit to reply; Yes, aroma chingford is where I experienced this disgusting experience, it was in October. Judging by your response you are unable to take any responsibility for your mistakes. You can go ahead and report me for speaking the truth. I am entitled to give an honest review and warn other potential customers of your lack of health and safety. And even bigger lack of dealing with mistake your cafe makes. I will not be deleting my review as it is truthful of my experience. Bought a chicken Cesar wrap with salad well the chicken is cut into tiny cubes like cat food and such little of them all you taste is lettuce and onion no tomato as you only got a half slice and that went on 1st bite , the hot chocolate was warm at best when I complained about the fact it wasn't hot the owner said next time ,like I am going to return, I know this café is more expensive than most in the area as I have used it before for poached egg and avocado which in fact was very nice but again expensive being £9 with out a drink but I enjoyed it . But to be fair after todays excuse for food I will never return because after I explained the owner was not bothered in the slightest , if I could have given a minus star for today I would have .You would at minimum want to taste chicken .you pay for overpriced food and rinsed out condiments at the prices being charged you would at least expect Helman's , my wife had a lasagne which she said tasted bland with the mince meat having no colour at all or flavour .
