KFC Chingford - Albert Crescent — Restaurant in London

Poor service!!!! The customer service is terrible, as I was waiting in the line to be served I could hear the staff making the orders making mistake after mistake. The assistant manager was helping sort it out but was also the person serving at the till, whilst I was at till point after waiting 10 minutes to be served I had to wait longer as she was to busy sorting out mistakes made the other personnel by this the manager turned up to serve me. So I began to give my order I had also ordered the Kansas bbq bites and asked for extra sauce, where she told me she had to charge me for it and said that’s the first I am hearing this, ok charge me she said oh I don’t know how to charge it lol! Paid for the food was waiting my ordered number was called out so I went to the counter and told the person I wanted Pepsi whereas she told they had no Pepsi or tango and started pouring Pepsi max, I told her that I didn’t want any other drink apart from Pepsi. I said so what can you offer they said corn on cob I said no I will have some wings they refused and laughed and said why is it that when the drinks run out everyone wants wings, well I don’t know love! May be you should have enough stock or warn your customers before taking the order that you are out of stock. The manger started telling me about how she didn’t charge me for extra BBQ sauce and that I should accept what they offering well love you would of charged me for extra sauce if you k we how to use the till.

Overall poor service, 2nd time ordering and not satisfied. One person serving it takes an average of 10minutes to order your food. It’s meant to be bloody fast food.....wasted my time asked for a refund and had to go and order elsewhere never again will I use...

Mediocre Service & Food. I appreciate the (unclear) system of queuing on one side and picking up on another to make service more efficient, but the rush of the cashier to take the orders in, doesn't match the leisurely pace of the server getting the food out. Also, the full menu is hard to locate. They show most options on the board but not all. And none of the classics. The frantic rush of the servers shouting into the kitchen and trying to get the right orders in the right bags just adds to the chaotic atmosphere that completely compromises the seemingly tranquil decor of the eating area.

As for the food, I don't recall kfc chicken/ wings being 50% chicken, 50% rip-my-gums-for-sake-of-being-"crispy" batter. Flavour: classic; Composition: very unimpressive. And when I visited, they only had BBQ sauce but the servers seemed adamant to follow protocol of asking "Would you like any sauce?" "Yes please. some any other sauce ?" " Sorry we have only BBQ". Why not start with "Would you like any bbq sauce? unfortunately its the only option available...

The worst KFC ever. I still continue to come here as I love kfc and there is not another one in walking distance. But if you can go to a different one I would strongly suggest you do. No kidding... when I'm waiting for my food at least 70% of customers are complaining. If you go there triple check your order before you leave, if you want hot food you have to tell them in advance, be prepared for...not rudeness but... absolutely zero love and an unwillingness to admit to a mistake (countless times.) Make sure you explain everything you want to them like a baby and speak very, very, clearly. Be prepared to wait half an hour and be prepared to have to guide them through their own job. The place is not dirty dirty so hygiene should not be an issue but it's not clean clean if you know what I mean. I cant believe not one of their regional managers has spotted just how bad it is there. Please sort this...
