This don't deserve a star at all.
We will never go this pub ever again we been here a loads of times and we have had some good nights but a few weeks ago me my partner and 2 of my friends was here having a good night minding our own business having a few drinks and a good chat and laugh as customers do we wasn't doing nothing wrong.
Come end of the night when last bell rang for last orders was announced none of us wasn't drunk not even half drunk my mate went to the bar to order last drinks but he got refused cause they said to him they thought he had to much to drink so he walked away myself went to go to the bar and order and I also got refused so I had a good chat with the bar lady called Amber who was very rude and with attuide she realised I wasn't drunk.
My partner and my other mate never got accused of having to much I know there doing there job and they can refuse customers if they think you have way far to much and had enough drinks Amber knew none of us was drunk she was just being awkward so all of us tried to discuss with her that we are not drunk.
My mate ordered drinks through the app and they have taken the order and the payment Amber then came over to our table once again with rudeness and with attitude leaning right over the table with her face in all of our faces. Amber then said to us all we will not get our drinks even through you have put the order in and have paid will not make any difference at all.
My mate then asked why she then said you all have had to much to drink and your all completely drunk especially this lady here way she had almost fell over.
Myself had not long had a operation on my knee and I have a back problem as I got up earlier on during the night to make my way to toilet I had lost balance but saved myself from completely falling over.
My mate then asked for a receipt to prove he had paid for the round of drinks Amber then said to him no you can't have a receipt it don't work like that at all and you still not be getting your money back.
None of us wasnt rude or threatening her then the security guards came around us just incase something was gona happen but we are not like that at all. Amber then walked at the back refused to speak us all then we didn't see her again. I know security are doing there job so we all had a chat with the security guards and they said we was not drunk so in the end we all left politely didn't cause any trouble.
Yesterday me and my partner went to go back in there we went to find a table first and to have 1 quick drink as we was meeting someone then a member of staff came up to us who happened to be the main manager and she asked us if we was ok etc so we said yes thank you and then turned around and said to us that we are not welcome in the pub at the all and she started saying to us about what happened a few weeks ago with Amber.
Apparently Amber on that night felt threatened and intimidated by all 4 of us and the manager said she won't have her staff felt like that the manger was in our faces when she was speaking to us.
I understand as she is looking after her staff but we did nothing wrong that night Amber as started something out of nothing.
We felt threatened and intimidated by the staff the way we was treated it is a absolute joke and disgusting also disgrace
They have lost our custom and many more as I have told my friends and family and they won't be going back in there ever again.
It is a trouble PUB the staff could not give a flying monkeys think they are in the right for treating customers like a piece of dirt. People do have hidden disabilities and when you're on prescription drugs saying avoid alcohol which I was on so inwas nit allowed to drink any alcohol at all and ibwas drinking soft drinks did nit realise soft dribks gets you drunk!
SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...

This pub is vastly better in terms of decor now it's been refurbished. I worked here a long time ago and I can see that upstairs in particular is much improved now. Food is great value for money and staff are great, enthusiastic, efficient, making effort to decorate the pub and dress in fancy dress for special occasions. Although most people are decent in here there are however some, particularly the hardcore regular daytime drinkers so just be aware of your surroundings. Having said this, management have taken a hardline approach. Though this was needed at first eg to ban people taking class A drugs, I have heard that it has gone overboard, and also a little unfair; a complaint I heard recently was that the larger aggressive drinkers were being allowed to stay even if they had been involved in violent incidents on the premises whilst others eg elderly who had fallen asleep were being barred just for shouting in shock upon being woken up by staff. (I believe a complaint has gone to head office with regard to this elderly gentleman). Food is OK. It's well priced with a variety of choices and I particularly like the lower calorie options, but sometimes the appearance is not great in...
Read moreÂŁ2.26 for a perfect pint of Abbots Ale is outstanding in outer London. Then you have the excellent breakfast menu, superb value for money. Efficient and super quick service, ok it was just after 11am. Yes there might be the odd customer sharing your space, making the most of the pay once for tea/coffee and stay all day and see Wetherspoons as a community centre, but why not? You donât even have to get off your arse to order your next drink; if you use the app, and why wouldnât you; free Wifi! Update Nov â24, Iâve had steak here a few times now, usually the Sirloin which is always excellent, last time was the Ribeye, although perfectly cooked to my liking, the flavour wasnât all that, a wee bit disappointing compared to the sirloin. Well I have just finished another Ribeye and it was delicious, great sear, juicy and bags of flavour. Washed down with a large Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz, (ÂŁ11.00 in...
