Arthur's - Cafe and Coffee Shop Wimbledon Park — Restaurant in London

I live in North London & had to go to Wimbledon Park Station this last December, which I thought was very quiet & quite bleak to be honest. BUT! I came across a wonderful cafe! I just went in for a much needed coffee, but also had a toasted panini, which came up beautifully presented with some dressed salad & crisps. While sitting in this friendly cosy place, I actually took in my surroundings.....it was like sitting in your front room. I then noticed their menu, all homemade....BUT there it was .....curry goat! Well, i left there with my take away bag of curry goat, rice & coleslaw. All i can say is that it was AMAZING! & that me & my freedom pass are going to travel back to Arthur's for more. If you're not into curry goat, have one of the other dishes, cos it's bound...

This is a great cafe that I couldn't believe wasn't in Google maps. I go here all the time. They usually have at least 5 or 6 hot dishes they've made: tagines, curries, lasagne, casseroles...as well as paninis. They also have a great selection of home-made cakes and do really good coffees. Nice little lunch spot. Great menu choice and decided on a tasty mozzarella, Tomato and pesto pannini along with a very decent coffee. Friendly service in a warm environment with spotless toilets too. Loved the musician pictures on the walls. Will be back for breakfast/brunch to try one of the many...
