B&K Salt Beef Bar — Restaurant in London

We placed an order at 6.45pm via deliveroo. Our delivery time kept being pushed back and after an hour, Bobby from B&K phoned me to let me know that our order had been ready for half an hour and that there was a driver who was refusing to collect the order. We had some back and fourth with Deliveroo who advised a new driver would be collecting the order. After waiting an additional 30 minutes we still had no update on the app. We phoned back B&K and Bobby was incredibly helpful. He apologised profusely for the error albeit it wasn’t the restaurants fault. He then hand delivered the food himself, as well as giving us some extras to apologise. As always a lovely meal from B&K. Omg omg omgggggg. First time I've been here by mistake with my bf and I fall in love with this place! The gentleman (I don't know your name, but we are the couple which parked the Red Vauxhall in front of your restaurant like an hour ago) was amaizing...such a nice person which is offering such a wonderful customer service and you barely meet in many restaurants a guy like him. First experience tasting Salt Beef & it certainly didn't disappoint! I was working locally and before the travel back to the Midlands I stopped off to grab some lunch.
